"The food, quality and service of this restaurant is good. I have a big deal with them as they have dealt with my bill. I paid the bill on TheFork. I have received a confirmation that it has processed correctly and received a confirmation email reception before we left the restaurant. BT2 WORK I had made reservations by TheFork, and I had confirmed with them that my reservation was made by the fork when we arrived. They even showed me on their iPhone to confirm my reservation that it was me. I mentioned our waiter in which hotel we lived. When we came to the hotel later in the evening at 11 a.m., our keys did not work in our room. We went down to get another key, and the man at the desk refused to give us a key until we dissolved our bill with the restaurant. Apparently the restaurant called her and said we didn't pay our bill. I don't know why our hotel would get involved. You should have just informed us about the problem and rely on the fact that obviously I also have a big problem with our hotel (Hotel Papadopoli). Even when I showed the man at the desk, he refused to give us our keys and insisted on talking to the restaurant. After a few minutes on the phone with the restaurant they admitted that they found the entrance and confirmed that we had actually paid. Only then would the man at the Hotel Papadopoli give us keys to our room. As I wrote, I also have a big problem with the hotel, but this restaurant should be very, very careful before accusing a customer to be a thief."

Buon ristorante con prezzi per tutte le tasche in Venezia dove non è facile trovare ne posto ne prezzi adeguati, buon cibo e tanta scelta, hanno pure la pizza peccato non la facciano anche tradizionale veneziana.

The food was fine but on the pricier side. Soon as we sat down a bottle of wine was recommended. Thankfully I asked the price and was told it was 40 Euros. Definitely not an authentic Italian restaurant. Was taken aback by the words “Tip not included” on bill holder. Definite tourist trap.

ottimo ristorante con un perfetto rapporto qualità prezzo. abbiamo assaggiato piatti tradizionali veneziani e internazionali e non siamo mai stati delusi, anzi tutti squisiti. Fegato veneziano per leccare i baffi. ottima selezione di vini. personale molto cordiale e particolarmente competente. pulizia sicuramente tornare qui la prossima volta che siamo in venezia. Siamo andati perchè vicino al nostro alloggio, pensavamo al classico ristorante per turisti, ed invece siamo rimasti sorpresi dall'ottima cura del cliente, un servizio impeccabile, abbiamo optato per una cena di pesce antipasto+primo, entrambi ottimi e porzioni abbondanti, consigliato anche perchè rispetto a quello che trovi per Venezia il prezzo è molto competitivo.

A return visit, having had them on our list of favourites for some years. Some new staff but we are still made to feel welcome and remembered by those still there. Bresaola was tasty, and the pasta starter (lasagne) was perfect. Veal for the main course (lemon and mushrooms) cooked to perfection. Lugana as an accompanying wine is to be recommended go for the more expensive one on the excellent wine list. Will be returning several times during our stay in Venice. Very reasonable price compared with comparable restaurants in England.
