"We went in and have been told there are no tables but they can do take away pizza. As I’m gluten and lactose intolerant I have asked if they can serve me. They showed me the gluten free pizza list, and for the lactose free pizza they said ‘si, si’ they can make it, just chose from the list. I want to mention I have asked two waiters, one that greeted us and one who took the orders. So we have ordered and waited for about half an hour, and happy to receive my pizza we went to our accommodation to eat. When I opened the box, wasn’t sure if it’s a joke or what.... but I had a dry pizza base, without cheese on it(so this is what lactose free cheese means to them) and some dry tomato, onion and burnt salami on it. I decided to go back and complain. The waiter was a bit shocked by my complain, and said that yes, this is the lactose free pizza, without cheese on it. On many occasions I’ve been told by restaurants that they don’t have gluten or lactose free options, and that was fine. Quite often they say that they can swap and add something else to it. But never been told that I can have it and they just leave it out basically one of the main parts of the pizza. Finally the waiter gave the money back (and, yes I was charged the same amount for this dry pizza without cheese) but I remained hungry as by the time we finished, most restaurants where about to close, and my husband had to eat a cold pizza. Really poor service and it felt that they are just interested in making profit by taking as many orders as possible but do not care about how customers feel. Would not recommend!!!"

Abbiamo mangiato un polpo davvero gustoso! Niente male anche la sogliola! Il posto c'è stato consigliato dall'hotel. Soddisfatti per il servizio, la tranquillità dell'ambiente e il buon cibo

Absolutely amazing. Great food and equally great service, warm and welcoming. The risotto was excellent, the Tagliata was perfect and their pizzas are exquisite ! Would recommend 100% and we can’t wait to come back !
