Pizza Hut Islington

some bad pizzas, very greasy, the bacon with bad taste, the dough looked like a bath sponge and the delivery man took almost an hour.

The delivery was fast and the staff was polite. The pizza was good and they even gave me complimentary garlic bread, which was a nice touch.

Ordered got email saying in the kitchen 2 hours later come cold not even a Pizza Hut delivery man call up but phone was off the hook so it went in the bin Voir le carte

Ordered Pizza at 8.30 and the pizza never came. They now are no longer answering the phone, after telling me the driver had left and was only 5 minutes away... The service here is completely unacceptable.

This place is absolutely Terrible! Pizza took 1 hr 40 to arrive, stone cold! Tried to call but was put on hold for 20 minutes and then they took the phones off the hook so I couldn't get through to talk to a manager and ask for a refund. Absolutely disgraceful customer service!

We hadn't tried a pizza from here for ages as the last one took forever and was cold, but this time it came still hot (no re heating required) and was delicious. Also a nice Ben and Jerry's which was still very cold. See a lot of bad reviews here for this branch but this one was perfectly good and a Pizza Hut pizza when it is good is delicious. Voir le carte

Why would you read reviews on a Pizza Hut before buying ? well I wish I had cos now I know why the reviews are so bad. Waited nearly an hour and a half for it to arrive , opened the box and they had mucked the order up the bases on the two pizzas were the wrong way round so I ended up not getting my thin crust but some crappy thick crust covered in herbs .. seriously how hard is it to read an order and get it right in an hour and a half ? Useless and won't be using again !!

I had a bad experience with Pizza Hut when they called after one hour to say they couldn't deliver to my address due to traffic. I asked for a refund of over £20 but they refused, saying I needed to complain to head office. They provided me with the name FR. When I contacted head office, they said it would take 10-15 working days to get my money back. Someone named Peace said her system couldn't process the refund. Pizza Hut is a mess. I would recommend only buying from Domino's, as they accept cash.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, especially from the manager who is very rude and lacks knowledge about customer service. When I complained about the burnt pizza, he became aggressive and started making excuses. How would I know the taste of the pizza if I didn't eat it? After returning the pizzas that were picked up by the driver, the manager refused to refund my money because we had eaten some slices. Despite ordering 2 large pizzas and a side for 4 people, we only ate a few slices as everyone agreed that the pizza tasted burnt. I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the pizza. I strongly advise against ordering from Islington Pizz... Voir le carte
