Excellent pinsa, as was the meat, we had strips and lamb cooked with fingers, plus an amatriciana with very crunchy bacon. We did not like the cooking of the artichoke in the Giudia style, to our taste it was burnt. The waiter immediately told us that he could make us do it again, even if that type of cooking is one of their characteristics. We appreciated the proposal to bring the dish back, but by choice we refused. Well-kept environment, we ended up at a table in the part closest to the entrance, certainly the best in our opinion.
