"here we eat well, here we were two nights in a row, and twice we are very satisfied ociti, both with the dishes of land and with the sea. cuttle on chickpeas, brandacujun, borage ravioli, spaghetti with clams, trophies with pesto, Ligurian rabbit, fish of the day. all prepared with care and served in beautiful abundant portions. I read on the white face of the house and agree with other reviews: fresh and pleasant. two notes for the chef: 1. pasta is too much to the tooth, I like it, but I don't believe everyone. 2. the ****: why don't you take the zabaione and replace it with a honey, rosemary and lavender?"

"I wasn't initially keen on visiting Ventimiglia for the day, but Pasta e Basta truly made our visit unforgettable. We arrived just 10 minutes before closing time, unaware that all the restaurants closed at 3 and reopened for dinner. After a long trek from the train station and feeling hangryyyy, the hostess graciously accommodated us and swiftly took our order. She was fantastic, offering excellent suggestions and recommending their in house pastas, which honestly exceeded all of our expectations. I'd return just to see her again. The only thing we wished we had known beforehand was the generous portion sizes, as we each ordered our own pasta dishes, but we were excited to eat leftovers later in the night. Every dish had tons of flavor and perfectly al-dente the way pasta should be. Our favorites were the cacio e pepe, white sauce ravioli, and shrimp pasta. This place is across the street from the ocean, the restaurant boasts a beautiful, modern interior design. Despite how busy of atmosphere it was, everyone was kind and gracious. We would definitely revisit and will always remember our sweet hostess from that day!"

"I and my partner have for years the tradition of giving us a “luxury” culinary experience at every holiday. This year our choice fell on this small restaurant in the center of twentymiglia and we were really satisfied with it. we opted for the degotation menu and we were advised by the staff in the choice of wine, really great. The food was really delicious, well presented, with combinations of flavors, colors and original consistences and at the same time respectful of tradition and seasonality. the care and attention of the chef in the search for excellent raw materials. the staff of the room is also very competent and helpful, but without being intrusive as sometimes happens in high-level restaurants. definitely a place to come back and recommend. congratulations and thanks to the chef and all the staff."

"We had other place in mind but was recommended this place by a local in Nice. People in France come here to eat as supposedly cheaper by 30 . This place was trendy looking and had a mix of tourist and locals. Very reasonably price drinks 4 Euro beer or glass of wine or 6 Euro Aperol. The pastas were between 12 16 Euro which is not a bargain but good quality. We had the Tagu Vongule (clam mussels pasta classic for 16 Euro. Was very good except for the hair we found. We didn't make a big stink but they compensated our bill by 6 Euro to our surprise. We also tried the Sausage with eggplant ravioli which was very good too for 14 Euro. Had a beer wine and a 5 Euro Tiramisu which was good. Pleasant place and the best thing no cover charge. We walked out happy despite the minor problem. Thanks guys but i wish you would print out a menu in English instead of relying on menu on line for those without a sim card."
