My sister and I stumbled upon this lovely restaurant in Cannara Umbria. We were lucky to meet Ernesto the owner. The food was delicious and the wine superb! Thank you Ernesto.

Un ottimo connubio di cucina tipica e qualità, in un ambiente semplicemente particolare, contornata da una gestione che fa dell attenzione al cliente la ciliegina sulla torta. Bravi

Menù in cipolla incentrato sulla cipolla (cannara dop:) cipolle con panna parmigiano e crostini di cipolla (buono) uovo, cipolla, scorzone (fantastico) zuppa di cipolla con pane tostato e groviera gratinata (ottimo) spaghetti fatti in casa con acciughe e cipolla (buoni) tazza di panna inglese con biscotti alla mia arancio (come a casa). WOW!! Owner Ernesto Parziani gave us an over the top cooking class. His passion for food was contagious! His creative cooking was the most delicious meal my family has ever experienced. I would not be surprised if this hidden secret doesn't receive a Michelin Star! Best Authentic Italian food ever and the wine! Don't miss eating here if you are in the area. A must !

Stupenda location nel cuore di Cannara, con il sottofondo di musica verrete serviti da piatti davvero strepitosi, soddisfano dapprima l'olfatto e poi il palato, con abbinamenti di vini da veri maestri. Insomma un ristorante dove è piacevole rimanere seduti anche dopo aver mangiato. Simpatica e cordiale la padrona di casa, la sig.ra Simona, la quale segue con tanta attenzione tutti i presenti, il patron, è lo chef, tanta e' la passione per la cucina che riesce benissimo a trasferirla nei piatti che prepara. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Our large party of 8 friends (4 adults, 4 teens) just loved this unassuming, yet charming restaurant. The food and wine were reasonable and tasty. The pasta dishes were exceptional: delicate, flavorful, and unusual. We visited on the first night of our vacation and we all decided it was the one restaurant we wanted to go back to for another meal. The service is a bit relaxed, as the husband/wife team is spread somewhat thin, but they are charming and helpful and will take the time to explain the dishes and preparations in English. A suggestion would be to order twice as much water at the outset (wine, too, for a larger group) so that you don't have to get their attention when the bottles run... Voir le carte
