Really friendly staff and amazing pasta. Cooked perfectly, all handmade, and super delicious. Really happy we stopped here and they are very friendly to tourists.

we love eating, very well made pastas. portions were generous and accurate. we ordered 3 pastas and 1 appetiser for 2 of us abit much for 2 people, but so well we manufacture it all! a scream of the excellent service and hospitality of the crew there

Cena con amici, abbiamo pagato un fisso e fatto un assaggio di tanti piatti...tutti buonissimi. Personale gentile e simpatico, cibo di ottima qualità... acqua gratuita portata al tavolo che non ho mai visto in nessun 'altro locale! Ci sono pochi tavoli e sinceramente ho apprezzato il fatto che il servizio è ottimo,veloce e riescono a dare attenzione al cliente ... si vede che fanno il loro lavoro con passione! Torneremo sicuramente

great place, totally recommended. I feel badly rated it with 4, but it is the true. great service and profession for true dishes. taste was however very good, not amazing. burrata was not creamy, although with a very original combination of dressing (apricot, crumbs and asparagus). tartar was delicious, but nothing special. pasta with seafood was very good and the pasta norma was al dente, but not excellent. service was great and friendly. please don't get me wrong, I recommend this place.

Un laboratorio/ristorante dove vengono serviti primi di pasta fatta in casa. Preso pasta fresca, vongole e pomodorini.. con la stessa quantità di vongole che ti metteresti a casa (vedi foto p.s. sotto c è anche la pasta), pasta rigorosamente fatta a mano e sughetto da scarpettare con il pane.. tornati a casa con tanto di scorta di pasta fresca per i prossimi giorni.. fortunatamente esistono giovani cuochi che aprono attività come questa e ti fanno tornare voglia farti una coccola e mangiare fuori!

Wir sind im Urlaub in Bozen und waren zwei Mal im Pasta Lab. Das erste Mal haben wir uns Nudeln und Soße sowie Nachtisch mitgenommen. Wir wurden freundlich und in Deutsch beraten. Alles super lecker. Das zweite Mal war Abends zum Essen. Sehr gute Portionen mit ausgefallenen Gerichten. Produkte sind sehr frisch und bei den Trüffel Spaghetti war viel Trüffel darauf. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch, dass eine Portion, die für Zwei bestellt, direkt auf zwei Teller geteilt wurde. Beim Abschied hab ich nochmals die Liebe zum Produkt und Kunden gespürt. Er fragte nicht nur nach dem Essen sondern auch nach den Speisen die wir vorher mitgenommen hatte. Einfach top und gerne wieder.

Our experience was outstanding, from the reservation call to the dessert! It was late on a Saturday evening when we called and Stefano's restaurant was full but he made a place for the three of us. We started with one of the best crafted hummus spreads we've ever tasted and a tasty glass of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. For the main course, we ordered three different delicious homemade pasta dishes and paired them with a fantastic Primitivo. We loved the pasta so much, we decided to take home two types of homemade raviolis from the display case for dinner the next night.
