"Il ristoro si presenta certamente in modo egregio: locale molto accogliente, se vogliamo accoglievole, foriero di emozioni positive (come direbbero i giovini di oggi: good vibes, no cap . Nota di merito allo staff, di considerevole simpatia, disponibilità e cordialità. Ottima, ad avviso dello scrivente, la qualità delle pietanze notevolissimo nella sua virtuositá, in particolare, il Betula Burger (consigliatissimo . Birre altresí di ricercata provenienza e squisitissima fattura. Ulteriormente, la provenienza locale di tutti i prodotti serviti conferisce, ciò é pacifico, grande pregio alla locanda e alla di lei gestione. Quanto precede non viene pregiudicato dalla lunghissima attesa (nell 'ordine di un 'ora per due hamburger di cui chi scrive ha avuto esperienza. Si spera, questo é chiaro, si tratti di un caso, ma é elemento di cui una onesta recensione deve tenere conto. Allo stesso modo, il prezzo è forse un attimino alt(oates ino. No cap."

"Great place to have a snack and a drink while enjoying the marvelous surroundings. It was crowded when we were there, so service was a bit slow, but we still managed to find a table by ourselves. I enjoyed a good Aperol Spritz with the best views ever! The meat and cheese platter was also nice; polenta dish was a bit too greasy and heavy for the stomach. Food: 3"

"Snecken Stube 4.0 Snecken Stube had been one of my favorites during my previous visits to Ortisei. We made a Saturday night reservation last week. Service was prompt. We ordered two glasses of wine from an extensive wine list. For dinner we requested a salad to share as a starter. For our main courses we ordered fish and meat dishes. Surprisingly the main courses were very quickly served but the salad was served while we were eating our main course. I had assumed they had forgotten the salad order. We only had a taste of the salad, which was a timing miscue. The food was OK but clearly, we did not have the relaxed dining experience we had in the past."

"Came into this restaurant with high expectations as a group of 3 vegetarian and 1 non vegetarian: The non veg person was very happy with their food and the vegetarians were also fine in general, despite the small portions (even for fine dining) However the waiter ruined our night. On arrival we told the waiter we wanted the cauliflower steak. He did his best to convince us that it was going to take 45mins to cook and that we shouldn’t order it. However because the choice for vegetarians wasn’t huge, we told him we would wait the 45mins and to bring out the other food whenever it was ready. To our surprise, 10mins letter all the food turned up, including the cauliflower which looked unusual. We tried it and it was boiled, boring and the sort of thing a child could make. We asked the waiter why he didn’t bring us the steak and he said it would take too long. We told him we had agreed to wait. that long and then he said the chef didn’t want to make it. I have never come across that excuse in Pizza Hut let along a restaurant like this. We sent the food back but at this point the evening had turned sour. The waiter at that point was too embarrassed and simply didn’t have the cojones to serve us again for the rest of the evening and sent the kid waiter to take payment from us. We then went to Mauriz Keller for a proper, hearty and happy meal: Change your staff. They are rude and arrogant. The food otherwise is good. Vegetarian options: Not enough veggie options and refused to make us one of the options that was on the menu"
