"Up until I refused to pay for the very undercooked rigatoni (that were another 3- 4 minutes off cooked to al dente and that I returned to the kitchen as they were inedible, I/we were having a lovely time. The waiters were polite and very attentive, couldn’t fault them. My friends really enjoyed their dishes. The guy at the cash desk was arrogant and very rude when I explained why I didn’t think we should have to pay for the inedible dish. He got defensive, loud and belligerent. When I continued to refuse to pay and asked to speak with his boss, he went to get him and returned saying the boss said to take the dish off the bill, as was the right thing to do and the way you should run a good quality restaurant. Good on the boss The arrogant guy proceeded to rudely say to me that if it was up to him he would have made us pay, to which I said he was a little xyz and bad fit for this very good restaurant. When we paid with our credit card the arrogant guy said the payment didn’t go through; when he put the payment through a second time he ADDED the price of the returned dish AGAINST the wishes of his boss. I think my description of his behaviour as him being a little xyz was pretty accurate. If I was his boss I’d think long and hard about whether he is good for business. Been in Italy for 10 weeks and this is the first bad experience we have had in a restaurant. Go figure "

consigliare le pappardelle al cinghiale, deliziosi anche antipasti. prezzi assolutamente convenienti, senza considerare la posizione privilegiata nella piazza del campo. personale cordiale e disponibile

Very friendly service, excellent lunch outside. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommended the Liver Crostini and to try the local beer. The pastas were so fresh and delicious. Our servers were super friendly, engaging.

Superaperitivi buonissimi e preparati con cura, accompagnati da tantissimi stuzzichini sempre ottimi che vi fanno ancora apprezzare ancora di più la magica atmosfera di piazza del Campo. Ci vado spesso perché oltre ad offrire ottimi prodotti il personale è sempre cortese e gentile oltre alla posizione meravigliosa da cui si domina la piazza. Superconsigliato

Ottimo posto per una pausa pranzo mentre si visita la splendida Siena, la visuale su piazza del Campo è incantevole mentre si gustano le delizie di questa Osteria. Ottimi Pici al cacio e pepe, patate sfiziose semplicemente deliziose e Crostone Toscano superlativo. Prezzi medio alti ma nella norma vista la posizione. Unica pecca i tavoli un po' traballanti per la locazione dell'osteria sul lato della piazza che ha una struttura leggermente perpendicolare, dettaglio facilmente dimenticabile visto il panorama.
