"my wife and I stopped here on our trip to pisa, I think a blog that we follow had recommended it so that I had marked it on my card. When we arrived, I just walked in when I went to any other restaurant while my wife used the washroom. while she did, Simon came by and gave me a whole talk (in Italian, of course) about the snapping into what is essentially her home without so much to welcome her or asking if she had a table. in my defense she looked pretty busy when we came in and the place was all but empty, but she didn't hear anything about it and demanded better maniacs. I could see her point safely, politely begets courtesy. At any rate, we have spoken with simona, who is a nice lady in the heart, in addition to a wonderful host and cook. the dishes were very excellent, especially the pesto covered pasta and her kartoffel and tomato soup, both spiced in Tuscan style and served well. to other comments on this side, she has replaced her home wine supplier for a great improvement, as the house wine I had (red) was very nice. I recommend you to visit simonas fine hotel on your next trip through pisa, it is a short walk from the train station. but remember, imagine them simona and ask them to sit, they won't mind, and they'll probably be friends like us."

Had the best pasta dish of my life here. Get the carbonara you won’t regret it. The place is tiny but the food and wine were superb. I recommend this place to everyone going to Pisa.

ci siamo trovati benissimo, padroni di casa amichevoli, prezzo più che onesto, anche soddisfare i clienti stranieri meno eruditi per la nostra lingua, servizi igienici puliti. È anche possibile mangiare fuori. Se torno a Pisa, tornero' sicuramente.

A genuine experience. The very friendly staff was professional yet down to earth. Everything tasted amazing, and it seemed liked there was a romantic subplot between a waiter and his potential girlfriend visiting? It was wonderful and would recommend to anyone.
