"Let's start with the good ones.The kitchen is very good, the food was always very delicious. Also the room was very nice.The massage was also top to say a great praise. What didn't fit was the spa. Showers in the nude area was not, you had to go back to the swimming pool, where two showers were, then you were sweating and waiting. Of course, here only with swimwear.The relaxation room had just 10 berths, which were of course all occupied, so that only the swimming pool remained. Everything was constantly occupied here too, with luck you could get a seat.Wellness looks different. In the swimming pool it was very loud, children's screams etc.We have nothing to do with children who are supposed to drown, but in the rest area were just a few places so we had to avoid in this area.The outdoor pool also opened on Friday at 17:00.The breakfast was also very clear. We were assigned a place, but coffee and cups misdisplay. For demand, we were informed by the service, coffee can be picked up at the vending machine. Here, of course, a queue, pure canteen flair. When we came along that was covered in the neighboring table, we politely asked what system is being served here.If we wanted, you would bring us cups and coffee. For a four-star hotel an absolute No Go. Overall, the service area is very different, there are very nice friendly staff, but unfortunately also the opposite. Unfortunately, we often had bad luck and had to try to get something to drink several times. At the end we sat in the bar area, where even at every table there was a button to call the service. Even here misrepresentation, even after repeated pressing, no service came.When one came, he was gone as fast as he had come, only after shouting loud then tried someone.The service is badly divided, many run like the ants around, but a real plan is not to recognize.There is probably a service and hotel manager that walks around, but what they really do does not reveal ours. In total: like not again."
