In the swimming pool it was very loud, children's screams etc.We have nothing to do with children who are supposed to drown, but in the rest area were just a few places so we had to avoid in this area.The outdoor pool also opened on Friday at 17:00.The breakfast was also very clear. We were assigned a place, but coffee and cups misdisplay. For demand, we were informed by the service, coffee can be picked up at the vending machine. Here, of course, a queue, pure canteen flair. When we came along that was covered in the neighboring table, we politely asked what system is being served here.If we wanted, you would bring us cups and coffee. For a four-star hotel an absolute No Go. Overall, the service area is very different, there are very nice friendly staff, but unfortunately also the opposite. We were unfortunately not informed in advance that the steam bath and the bio sauna (i.e. 2 of 3 saunas) were not available due to renovation work. Of course we had to pay the full price. My wife was there a week ago, and now she's sneaking over the terrible stay. It went on with the closed SPA area (closed because of renovation), but you would still like to have the full price. Intricate mattresses. Bad food. Underground service. Breakfast buffet (no extra time at 9:00). Even the bar demands the last order before 24:00. Who stands on tasteless decoration, however, is fully at his expense. Probably the hotel aims at participants of the good old “Butterfahrt”. Biggest juice shop! I'm very mad! Such a high-quality hotel and then something! Delivered for 2 wedding cakes and both paintings have missed parts when I wanted to pick them up!
