"AVOID. Worst Chinese we’ve ever had. They were supposed to give us 2 free dishes and egg fried rice as the previously order the duck was disgusting it was just the fat. They promised they would refund and give another meal free and egg fried rice. Just called them to order again and they went completely back on their word. Lied to us and argued with us. We will never order from here again. Extremely poor service and rude to their customers."

For £50 collection, the portion sizes were dreadful. As well as that, curry was bland and watery, the salt and pepper chicken was dry and tasteless, and everything was just a bit ‘UGH’….recommend? No…I do not

Has this place changed hands ? Beef with black bean sauce so chewy didn’t even taste like beef Chow mein tasteless Duck with plum sauce was duck with very sour pineapple Used to like this place Won’t be returning

Food is great and for us the location is spot on. It would have got 5* but after giving them an hours notice for pick up and having to wait 10 mins after that time was slightly disappointing. Saying all that, I won’t use anywhere else

I arrived 30 minutes early but was disappointed with my experience. The duck pancakes were rubbery, the 'spicy' Szechuan tofu was bland and tasteless, the garlic rice lacked garlic flavor, and the banana fritters were doughy and mushy. The portions were also small. This was my first and last time trying this place.

Please read on as i believe genuine feedback is vital..... 2nd delivery was spot on, tasty food and great customer service. 1st order was shocking!!...used them for 30 years and never had this. Worst I've had and I've asked them to collect it so they can see for themselves.....undercooked, hard rice. Asked them to redeliver a new dinner so fingers crossed

I had high expectations, but unfortunately, they were not met. The estimated delivery time was way off, taking over 30 minutes longer than expected. The quality of the food was average at best, and one of our dishes was missing from the order. After calling, they promised to bring the missing dish, but it arrived 45 minutes later with just a simple apology as compensation. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
