"Great food and coffee. 5 stars for that but the service can be a little inconsistent. It's a tiny space but popular so they reserve tables for people...which is fine for a restaurant but just doesn't work for a small café. If you haven't booked staff can make you feel very pressured and in the way which ruins the experience. 1 star for that...hence 3 star overall rating. Great place but not during peak times. Needs to ditch the reservations option."

"We had the worst curry we’ve ever had in the UK last night from 10 Dining street. The garlic chilli lamb was a dish of slop with absolutely no spice or flavour, the chicken tikka masala was just as bad and the accompanying aloo gobi and onion bhaji’s were just as awful. We’ve been using this restaurant for over 10 years and it used to be excellent. They couldn’t even be bothered to reply to my message telling them of the poor quality. Such a shame we won’t ever go here again."

"The restaurant offers a lovely atmosphere with great views of Oakham high street. There is a separate area for enjoying drinks and perusing the menu, which is delightful. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the selection of drinks is extensive and reasonably priced. We visited on a Tuesday night and took advantage of the offer for two people to eat for £28, which included poppadom and pickles to start, as well as a main course with a choice of rice or naan bread. We tried the king prawn Goan curry, which was absolutely delicious with succulent, large prawns. The pilau rice and garlic and coriander bread were also excellent. This meal was one of the best Indian dishes I have ever had, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"We received a warm and welcoming reception on a rainy Bank Holiday. We were camping nearby for the Easter weekend and sought refuge in the cozy ambiance of the Noel during the downpours. The food was outstanding, abundant, and reasonably priced. The men agreed that the Guinness was excellent, and our schnauzer was thrilled with the biscuits. It was a lovely little find, and we would definitely return."

"in a ära where casual eating and lack of formality (wassoever) seems to visit hambleton hall felt like a time travel. I have a few lifestyle blogs and books of late enlivened the lost art of civilized eating. how often have they put their table perfectly, well presented and all their best fucked and cute out? likely if they are entertaining? I must confess that I have made my fair share of slobbery, and we still choose to sit and eat before the television. I feel that after our little visit to hambleton hall, everything that will change."
