"Auf dieser kleinen Seitenstraße der Fußgängerzone in der Innenstadt befinden sich einige Schnellrestaurants – alle mit einem thematischen Schwerpunkt. Es geht von chinesisch, japanisch, türkisch, französisch bis italienisch. Also eine breite Möglichkeit sich unterschiedlich zu sättigen. Die Homepage von der Nudelzeit sprach uns durchaus an. Ambiente Die Inneneinrichtung entspricht etwa einer Imbisshalle: Eine große zentrale Theke im Mittelpunkt. Einige Plätze und Hochtische stehen für Kunden, die vor Ort essen wollen bereit. Einfach aber stimmig. Draußen gibt es jedoch mehr Tische. Sie sind unter Sonnenschirmen aufgestellt. Es ist recht angenehm dort, an der frischen Luft zu sitzen. Zumal es ja eine Fußgängerzone ist und daher auch keine Abgase als Zugabe. Die Stühle sind einfach gehalten – nun ja, hier verweilt keiner für eine lange Zeit. Gerade zur Mittagspause scheinen recht viele Leute hier einzukehren. Und es gibt wohl auch eine Reihe Stammkunden, wie es die Begrüßung ahnen ließ. Sauberkeit  Alles wirkte ordentlich gepflegt. Service Neben dem Chef wirken eine Reihe junger Frauen in der Bedienung (es wurden per Aushang weitere Kräfte auf als Minijob gesucht . Schön, dass es auch in einem Imbiss eine Bedienung gibt. Die Karte(n   Auf den Tischen liegen die Karten mit den Standardgerichten aus; daneben weitere gibt es saisonale Angebote (zur Zeit Spargel . Diese stehen auf Tafeln an mehreren Stellen des Lokals aufgehängt. Getreu dem Namen gibt es natürlich an erster Stelle selbstgemachte Pasta: acht Sorten wie Spaghetti, Tagliatelle oder Rigatoni und zugekaufte Gnocchi sind stets zu haben. Dazu gibt es eine Reihe Saucen zur Auswahl. Weitere Angebote sind Salate und diverse Getränke (auch selbst gemachte Limonaden .   Die verkostete Speise Wir wählten aus der Tageskarte zweimal Spaghetti mit Scampi, Tomaten, Knoblauch und Kräutern (ein Klassiker des Hauses laut Karte – 11,50 € pro Portion. Die Spaghetti hatten eine gute Struktur (Durchmesser, Länge, Festigkeit und waren bissfest gegart. Bei den Scampi dürfte es sich um Garnelen gehandelt haben. Sie waren saftig und ordentlich gebraten worden. Die Tomatenstücke waren frisch, hatten aber wenig Aroma. Mir fehlte da die süß saure Note. Das weitere Dressing aus Knoblauch und Kräutern war mild abgeschmeckt. Der Reibekäse wurde in einer kleinen Schale dazu gestellt. Wenn es wirklich Parmesan war – was ich jedoch annehme handelte es sich eher um eine milde bzw. junge Sorte.   Als Wasser haben wir eine Flasche Gerolsteiner (groß zu 4,50 €. Fazit 3 – wenn es sich ergibt. Da uns die Pasta gut geschmeckt hat, werden wir dann wohl weitere Nudelsorten mit verschiedenen Saucen verkosten. very good place to eat Italian cuisine. the pasta is very rich and tasty, and the portions are large. I liked the soups and creams especially well. the proximity to the shopping district is a great place to take a break between shopping.

the nudelzeit is a super resturant to go there lunch time or of course also in the evening I come out of cum but am very often in mountain gladbach and the nudelzeit I prefer here the most. the price performance ratio is class that eat tastes really excellent and the bedins behind the theke are also totally friendly. it is cozy and I think suitable for all visitor groups.

because I love nude over everything, I always wanted to go into the nude time. because the opening times (under the week to 18 o'clock, sa only half the day and so closed) are not so optimal for me, however, it took some time. when it was so far, I was overwhelmed by various papers and posters offered with different things and had no exact idea what would be costly to me. decided for a cola and spaghetti arrabiata for just under 10 euro, there were also fresh parmesan on the nudists, and it was one of the most delicious arrabiata dishes I had ever had! the nudelzeit in the pedestrian zone “Green Ladenstraße” in Bergisch gladbach is a small “snell restaurant” with a table service. There are various fresh nudel types from fussili to spagetti that can be combined with different sauces. in the case of the beverages, the in-house limonade should be tested.The device is simple and convenient" at warm temperatures are available at the reach of the pedestrian zone.The service is very friendly and the sanitary facilities are small but clean. the price-performance ratio is appropriate. already the “normal” portion is sufficient – for 2€ there is also the “Grosse”. children are very welcome for a lunch “between”!

Noodle time is our favorite I-white-not-what-what-cook-soll-warum-go-we-no-what-eat? Load. It is not really a restaurant, but rather something like a bistro with high-quality noodle dishes. The food is prepared in an open mosquito and tastes minimally different (which speaks for fresh and seasonal ingredients) but is always delicious. My favourite is spaghetti with scampi, most of which are on the daily ticket for 8€. But also Lasagne for 5€ is a poem. From 4,50€ you get spaghetti with tomato sauce. Very recommend, by the way, the tasty self-made lemonades, the 0.3l glass for 2€ in the varieties elder blossom and lemon, really delicious, the same applies, by the way, to the salads that do no...

"When I first visited the restaurant, I enjoyed it. A friend had taken me in the evening. Today it goes with my enthusiasts towards Bensberg. I am curious how it sounds to us today or to my wife. It is a relatively hot day and hopefully it is a bit shady or pleasantly warm or cool on site after the bus ride. At any rate, a staff member assured me that both the beer garden and the restaurant are comfortable on heat. Ambience When we entered the house we were kindly greeted and got a table in the house as well as a place outdoors shown. Because it was quite pleasant under the sun plan, we stayed outside. It was a good choice – with only three small “dividing”: The car traffic from the road was relatively good to hear (but not to see and smell, because a hedge protected from it, some insects visited us (but also flew on again after a short time and the light was colored relatively red by the roof foil (this is especially to note the photos). But overall we really liked to be in this place or Table on the air. Cleanliness Everything was well maintained. Of course, the sanitary facilities were only accommodated inside the restaurant. As a result, we were able to look at the entire interior (just cozy; because it went through the entire restaurant and from there to the basement via stairs to get to the toilets. Everything was tidy and clean here – but without special equipment. Service The waiter was extremely friendly and positive communicative. For example, he brought the raw meat to us and explained the individual pieces in the offer. He made suggestions for our menu and advised us on the supplements. In doing so, he asked our preferences and urged nothing; on the contrary. He said we could reorder something at any time and rather not order too much. Again and again he looked over, inquired about our satisfaction and further wishes. The map(s) The standard feeds were listed on a clamping board. Additional offers were presented orally. On the way there was bread (freshly baked with two dips (herbs a la green sauce and humus from chickpeas and some salami and olives. The herbal cream has given us special attention and fits well with bread. Sausage and olives were also fine. The barbecue was a kind of ratatouille and had been baked in the oven. It was well seasoned, but maybe (for me a little soft in the components. Also the potato gratin was (for me a little cooked, but tasty with Parmesan tasted and slightly chessed on the surface. Both dishes were courageously spiced – and I like that. The pommes were covered with herbs and some salt on the surface and thus had tangible support to the potato taste. They were not particularly chessed outside, but solid and inside slightly soft. So good companions. The mushroom vegetables were for me the best of the supplements. It was also strongly spiced and thus combined the “ford and moder aromas” (which I want to feel on mushrooms harmoniously with the spices such as onion and garlic. The pieces of meat were excellently roasted or grilled. They are only slightly salted and can be individually finished at the table with pepper or other salt forks. I have therefore tried some oats as they were served and others changed with pepper or some salt. My conclusion: Good meat really needs little support from other spices. Some salt and a small trace of pepper seem perfect for me. The cooking point “medium” was right for two meats in my eyes. Only at the onglet seems to me to be a bit more raw; for the piece appeared to me on the way to lose its juice and tenderness. In general, the two “upper” varieties have promised me more. They may not be particularly delicate, but they have shown a lot of taste and high juice. For a next visit, I will certainly try Flank and “Alte Kuh”. And for dessert we still tried the parfait (8,50 €). It consisted of a strawberry parfait, a chocolate cream or mousses and pieces of mango and seeds from the pomegranate. The strawberry had relatively little fruit aromas in my eyes. But I liked the chocolate spice very well: It was a dark chocolate and there were still small rasp pieces inside. The mango salad benefited from the apple kernels. The portion was quite large and pleasant in taste – but without a special surprise. Solid and good. "General We ate lunch together with the family. It should be a relaxed day. And I think it worked. In order for us to have a good conversation, I discussed and voted a menu and a beverage guide in advance with the junior boss of the house.
