"Bear with me while I tell you the many reasons I’ve had to write this review. Encouraged to see Noa listed on the government ‘Eat out to Help out’ I booked via telephone to go last night (Tuesday) and when I showed up with my family we were told they were closed, and always are on a Tuesday! Disappointed we rebooked for this evening.We arrive and all is well. There is sanitiser on a table by the entrance and when my husband went to fill in the contact book for the ‘track and trace’ system we were told they’d bring the book to our table. Needless to say we didn’t see the book again during the two hours we were there. And the book was not presented or completed by any of the many people who came into the restaurant.We told to scan a code on our phones for the menu, once connected on their WiFi. It took over 10 minutes to get the WiFi to work. It kept dropping out. We finally managed to order and our food and drinks arrived very quickly.In the meantime the restaurant quickly filled up and many delivery drivers came and went collecting table aways.We soon discovered we had under ordered so tried to add more food, and drinks (it was 30 degrees with no aircon) but I was unable to get on the WiFi. We noticed many customers were also unable to order and the staff were handing out paper menus. But sadly orders were not quickly taken. I finally managed to get a waitress to our table and told her we weren’t able to get on the WiFi so she took our order manually.Then we waited, and waited. Over 45 minutes in fact. Whilst the two very stressed waitresses were being screamed at by the manageress. This manageress also went into the kitchen and screamed various things to the staff inside. Deliveries were coming out of the kitchen but little or no food for the restaurant clients.The poor waitresses were being overwhelmed with complaining customers and people were queuing outside for precooked tables. People were eventually bought in but sat at tables that had not been cleared or cleaned.After watching this comedy of errors for an age we asked how long our food would be and discovered the order had not been taken to the kitchen. So we asked for our bill in desperation to get out. Customers were walking out, some where told they couldn’t pay by card and had to go out and go out to get cash. My husband queued to pay while I waited outside with our daughter. We then saw the manageress with anger issues chase after someone in the street who refused to pay an extra £4.60 over their bill due to terrible service! My husband finally paid, by card!! and when he asked for his receipt he was refused one! I am convinced we were not awarded the government scheme discount and overpaid.The whole this was shambolic for service and organisation let alone any of the guidelines required for the Covid 19 pandemic.I would avoid at all costs!!!!!"
