Stopped in for lunch, good selection of food on the menu and fast service. Good really tasty and good value for money

Food was fist class, as were the bar staff. All food is homemade 3 course Sunday dinner for £9.95 excellent value. We shall return to have a meal again. Our server was very helpful nothing was to much for her. Thanks to the Chef also great cook.

I believe that Billy the chef takes better care of feeding me than I do myself. His food is incredible. Despite my severe food allergies, he always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am safe when eating his meals. I am incredibly grateful to him for his attention to detail and care.

This is a good pub with nice restaurant attached. Its unfortunate that the majority of the bar staff smoke and gamble on horses so you may have to wait some time to get served. This apart most staff are friendly and humerous and the locals mainly play pool or keep themselves to themselves The beer when you get it is good though Voir le carte

Staying at a nearby hotel, so was looking for some local grub, with a decent down to earth atmosphere. Food was absolutely lovely, had to eat at the bar as they had a function on, which was absolutely no issue for us. Still a good atmosphere. Fantastic value for money, couldn't have asked for better. Definitely recommend, even if just after a drink and staying.local

I hadn't visited this restaurant in a while, but decided to give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and delicious food. Both my main course and dessert were perfect, with large portions cooked to perfection. The prices were very reasonable compared to other nearby restaurants. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend New Franklyns to everyone.

I went to Franklyns today with a friend. I ordered the macaroni cheese and my friend had the chicken burger. As soon as I saw my dish, I knew it was going to be delicious. The macaroni cheese was perfectly cheesy and crispy on top. It was truly fantastic and the portion size was generous. My friend also enjoyed her burger and cleaned her plate. I will definitely be returning soon. Can't wait to go back! Voir le carte
