Beautiful place, a lovely stylish restaurant. The waitress was so lovely, friendly, calm and attentive. I had the loveliest meal I’ve had in a long time! The steak was divine.

Really enjoyable meal, would highly recommend. Amy was very professional and attentive. The steam melted in your mouth. They had taken into account my disability when I booked online and entered information

We had yet another fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Our server, Sarah, went out of her way to accommodate my husband's dietary intolerance by diligently checking ingredients in the dishes. She also ensured that my birthday celebrations were special.

As usual, M C didn’t disappoint and tonight was made all the more special as it was my beautiful fiancé’s birthday celebration. Lauren our waitress was outstandingly helpful, pleasant and a credit to the restaurant. Our steak was impeccable and so well presented, and crucially, so tasty! As for my ice cream (and the surprise birthday ice cream too) it was a lovely as the entire evening.

We had a wonderful dining experience, thanks to Christmas gifts. There was a great variety of dishes available for both meat and non-meat eaters. Our waitress, Mia, was exceptional. She was attentive and accommodating, never making us feel rushed or pressured. Mia took the time to engage with us and ensured we were comfortable. We were not overcrowded and had a relaxed dining atmosphere. Best of luck to Mia with her law degree; we can't wait to come back and hopefully have her as our waitress again. Voir le carte

We went to celebrate my Husband's 60th birthday. I requested my steak to be cooked medium-well done but it came quite ****. I sent it back and it was absolutely ages at being brought back out, in fact my husband had eaten his meal it was so long. Obviously this wasn't the plan for our special night. During that night I was so ill with stomach cramps , something i had never experienced after any meal ?? I decided to email, and received a quite flippant response! After emailing a reply I have heard nothing at all. Considering the high standards (as I thought of this restaurant, this is customer service at its worst!! Absolutely disgusting!!

I hate having to do these sort of reviews but it’s owed to those who are thinking of visiting miller and carter Sherwood forest , I wouldn’t waste your time. Visited here with my partner today for our anniversary meal. Was welcomed by a lovely waiter so I have no complaints there regards the service of the waiters. There was a set Boxing Day menu today which we was really looking forward to until finding out half of the food on there menu they didn’t have…. So had to settle for what they had it wouldn’t have been our first choice for starter. My partner had ordered a drink the same Time as ordering the food, safe to say the beer they had on draught was flat. The starters were not so bad howe...

I went there for Christmas dinner with my partner and we had a horrible experience will never go again. My partner had steak which was lovely but the chips, onions, sauce and other accompaniments were cold. I had traditional turkey the only edible thing was the carrots and turkey! The roast potatoes were hard as rock and seemed either overcooked or cooked from frozen. The parsnips I couldn’t cut, cauliflower was hard and the pigs in blanket was so hard it couldn’t be cut. There wasn't even a yorkshire pudding. We complained just about mine and they brought me a new one but that was worse. In the end I only ate a few carrots and some turkey.
