This place was an excellent little restaurant which now looks like it survives on takeaways. Since it no longer has an alcohol licence, it feels like the soul has been sucked out of it. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Great little gem. Visited this place while in Newcastle and what an amazing find, great food and great service.. they really went above and beyond for me and my wife. I Loved the Satkora Lamb, it really reminded me of home cooked food. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Miah Restaurant

Went for a meal with friends. I struggle with some spicy foods, however, this was no problem at Miah and the staff were happy to make me a really mild dish, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Ordered food at 1945, assured delivery would be 2045. Enquired after it's delivery at 2115 to be told it would be a further 5 mins. Received a phonecall at 2130 to tell me it had not even been cooked yet. Then to be told I would receive a refund within 21 days. Incredibly poor. Avoid at all costs, good food is no use unless you can eat it. This is not the first time I have had problems with delivery times from this resteraunt. Meal type: Other

We had an absolutely fantastic takeaway meal from Miah yesterday for a small family dinner. Every one of the six main dishes was delightful—three chicken, two vegetarian, and one lamb. They were served with the freshest popadoms, a lovely assortment of rice, and two delicious naan breads. I can't praise the food enough! Thank you, Miah; we all truly enjoyed your amazing dishes. I also dined in at Miah recently with a friend, and the food was equally fabulous. Vegetarian options are excellent, offering some delightful choices that are a bit different from the usual fare.

I visited this restaurant for an evening meal and was very pleased with my experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed at the front desk and handed menus to review. I asked one of the waiters for a recommendation similar to the Rogan dish I usually enjoy. He suggested a couple of options, and I chose one that turned out to be excellent, matching my taste perfectly. The starters were plentiful and delicious. While the restaurant doesn't serve alcohol, you can bring your own and serve yourself. I would definitely return; it was both flavorful and good value for the money. Voir le carte
