kebab's last night really nice and they get a good portion also chips are simply nice also pizzas in the week after they only eat nicely

Was in yesterday and the woman who was serving not taking order for 15 minutes to show her friend how to take a picture on her mobile And after she did not wash her hands

The chips were just standard, but the cheese pattie and curry sauce were delightful. The only letdown was that the lion's tooth and burdock was 1.5 liters instead of the usual 2 liters. Voir le carte

Merrils take away has that traditional fish chips taste, very nice and quality food. Hygiene was on top form. I would of rated 5/5 but didn't due to no seating arrangements and only one person was working.

Disappointed tonight. Not allowed to specify a time as there were no slots ,which we normally do for about7.30. Advised that it would arrive by 6.05 pm. IT DIDNT , IT ARRIVED AT ALMOST 6.45. Nothing wrong with the food itself ,there never is but it was ALMOST COLD.

Merril's Takeaway serves traditional fish and chips with an incredibly delicious taste. The food is of high quality and the hygiene standards are excellent. I would have given a perfect 5 out of 5, but my experience was slightly affected by the lack of seating and the fact that only one person was working. Voir le carte

I visited this restaurant for the first time in a few years, and I was pleasantly surprised. Many fish and chip shops I’ve been to recently have been mediocre, but this one stands out. The fish and chips, including the cod and chicken, were enjoyed by everyone. The mushy peas and curry sauce were particularly delicious. I’ll definitely plan to visit again!

Nice fish, really nice.. but the chips are not that soft, some are like cardboard. Also a bit pricey... £7 for 3 fish bites and chips. If you want to pay by card they also need you to spend over £10. No idea why, no other business I 've entered has this policy, it 's probably because if you spend lower than this amount on your card, they 'd want to charge you for it but they know they can 't, so this is probably their get around that 's my guess.

This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, and I have to say it's the best takeaway shop we've tried! My partner and I are now loyal customers and will definitely be ordering from here again. The thin crust pizzas are fantastic—perfectly crispy! The kebab and chips were also spot on, and the garlic sauce actually tastes like garlic, not mayonnaise. We were even willing to wait a while for our delivery, unlike our experiences with other places. Thank you for a great meal! Voir le carte
