Mad Hatter Cafe - Carte

C'est l'un de mes cafés préférés. J'espère que je reviendrai quand je serai de retour dans la région de Durham.

Très bel environnement pour étudier ou déjeuner. La nourriture et le café sont assez bons mais surtout des offres assez standard.

My wife and I were searching for a restaurant in Mirepoix that had veg options, and were very happy to find teh Mad hatter's as they have 3 different tasty vegan menus

Seemed like a friendly place, popular with expats, but our cheesecake was a bit ho-hum (base very soggy) and the fridge was making so much noise we didnt linger long. friendly service.

L'endroit est animé, agréable et propre. J'ai commandé un biscuit au pain d'épices à emporter. Peut-être que c'est moi, je n'ai jamais mangé de biscuit au pain d'épices qui n'a pas été produit en masse dans une usine de biscuits. Mais celui-ci était très Mnaa, je n'ai apprécié aucun aspect. Aucune saveur, la texture était rassie. Et pour 4,50 $ + taxes, cela ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. Voir le carte

Super endroit pour manger. Nourriture délicieuse. Seul point négatif... en tant que nouveau client, je suis entré et je ne savais pas si je devais me placer moi-même ou attendre d'être placé. Personne n'a reconnu ma présence donc j'ai dû attraper quelqu'un qui passait pour découvrir qu'il faut commander à l'avant et ensuite se placer. J'ai adoré la nourriture cependant. Tout ce que j'ai essayé était délicieux!

Whenever we are in Mirepoix a visit to le Chapelier Fou has become a tradition. The cafe offers a wide range of dishes and Sue and the team are always very welcoming. Our children both have eating disorders and our daughter also has severe allergies and intolerances to contend with but Sue always accommodates their needs. Whether we visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is always delicious. I couldn’t recommend le Chapelier Fou enough and we always look forward to a visit.

If you’re vegetarian, there’s a good choice of meals. However, the owner was very up front that they can’t cater for vegans. I ordered chips and a salad but was told that they can’t do a salad. One of my companions asked if it wasn’t possible to give me one of the salads on the menu but just hold back the non vegan ingredients. The waitress said it wasn’t. The chips I had were great. The vegetarians enjoyed their meals. They charged us 31€50 for a 11€50 salade chèvre, a 4€50 beer and a 4€ plate of chips. When we questioned it, she said we’d told her we’d also had something else for 10£50 (which still doesn’t add up). We are sure we didn’t add a dish to our order it’s possible the confusion a...
