Louis' Home Cooking

Thanks Louis for a great dinner last night a silver wedding party for 17 consisting of an Italian themed 3 course meal pumpkin soup, beef in Chianti and tomato sauce and cheesecake with ice cream. All home cooked and delicious highly recommended!

louis has sept for 24 guests in our henne. he was super communicativ on email before, checked in every detail and on the day came with a lot of time to prep and set up. the bbq itself was delicious and enjoyed by all. special applause for his ice cream everyone has thrown around. highly recommended!

Louis made us a great picnic for Ascot races with amazing Coronation Chicken, beautiful beef, tasty salmon amongst the dishes. It all arrived in a gorgeous hamper in lovely dishes, every detail was thought about. Shame that we ended up picnicking in or kitchen before going as the weather was a little suspect! Voir le carte

Louis catered for 24 guests at our hen do this Sept. He was super communicative on email beforehand, checking in on every detail and on the day arrived with loads of time to prep and set up. Louis recently catered for my daughters 2nd birthday and christening party and he was a godsend! With over 30+ adults and 17 children he provided a delightful afternoon tea spread all beautifully presented on vintage cake stands. He reduced my stress levels(! , was competitively priced and most importantly provided delicious food. The sandwiches were lovely and fresh and I am not joking when I say there was not a single sandwich left! Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Louis made a delicious dinner for 15 hens looking for a yummy meal that would also line their stomachs ready for a night out! Delightfully cheesy flavoursome lasagne came with easy cooking instructions and handy disposable cooking trays and gooey chocolate raspberry hazelnut brownies and some of the best vanilla ice cream I've ever had rounded the meal off. We used Louis recently to cater for our away day, outdoors at Theale Water Sports Club. He prepared home made artisan burgers on delicious brioche buns with, home made coleslaw and tasty new potatoes. The burgers were absolutely delicious and the whole group were impressed with the food. But the best bit was his home made chocolate brownies at the end so rich and morish, filled with cherries. Five stars for a fabulous summery dinner cooked for 13 very hungry hens at Manor of Hurst! Gorgeous mediterranean themed meal including caprese on a stick, Greek style chicken wings and tuscan pork bite canapes, Italian steak burgers, moroccan style lamb chops, a lovely selection of sides including salads and cous cous and then all finished off with cranachan mess with local strawberries. Louis was very accomodating to our needs and dealt with a wide variety of dietary requirements and made a bespoke meal that included all the bride to be's favourite foods! Louis catered for our wedding in July 18 and did an absolutely fabulous job. He and his friendly team provided a hog roast, gourmet bbq (moroccan chicken, home made organic mini burgers, Greek style salmon , vegetarian options (his halloumi is the best we’ve tasted , and many side salads, for 120 guests. The food was delicious, and the service was very professional whilst also being relaxed and personable the team felt like extended family by the end! Louis also really helped us to plan the logistics of the day, thinking about how best to present and serve the food, and hiring the crockery and cutlery on our behalf.
