Le Temps Des Mets - Menu

Very nice French restaurant, a bit on the pricey side, but nothing extreme. They've also got parking, which is ago great plus in this area.

We had a wonderful night at le temps du Mets. Service was wonderful. Food was delicious. We love brie meaux, les larmes du tigre et crumble pommes.

Top class menu, with excellent service. One of our 'go to ' restaurants around Valbonne! TA seems to want me to add more but I just gave it full recommendation!

I have eaten here a few times and enjoyed it. Today when my medium fillet steak was served well done I was informed that, in fact, it was me who was wrong and the brown beef in front of me was indeed medium. I shan’t be back.

Soirée très agréable! C'était un plaisir de s'échapper un peu de la foule de la côte pour se retrouver dans l'arrière-pays. La gentillesse et la chaleur du personnel nous ont permis de passer une belle soirée avec un délicieux dîner à la fois de poissons et de viande, ainsi qu'une petite leçon de français (à la fois de vins et de langue). Merci encore, les gars italiens et allemands.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit. Le stationnement à l'extérieur du restaurant est très facile. Le service est sympathique, de style familial (en fait, les enfants sont présents et aident). La nourriture était excellente, nous avons commandé des plats français plus traditionnels mais il y avait aussi un peu de variété. Les escargots étaient excellents. Endroit facile pour manger et nourriture très satisfaisante. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons mangé au Temps des Mets (un jeu de mots culinaire avec le temps d'aimer) lors d'une chaude soirée d'été, profitant d'un repas en terrasse. La nourriture était bonne sans être extraordinaire et le service était un peu trop décontracté à mon goût. Il y a une différence entre la convivialité et être trop décontracté avec les clients, et j'aurais apprécié un peu plus de retenue et de professionnalisme. De plus, la terrasse du restaurant aurait bien besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement décoratif...

A nice location, easy parking and comfortable chairs. In addition an extensive choice of dishes plus a daily budget meal. I had duck-breast in cherry sauce from the menu, which was excellent. My only reservations are: served on a cold plate and no fresh vegetables, other than fried potatoes. The wine list is extensive (too extensive? but they do not offer any house wine by the carafe. Also, no draft beer, only bottled. So, some small improvements would move this restaurant a long way up my league table.

We have stayed in the Valbonne/Biot area now for couple of weeks, and I have to say, ate really well! General level of food quality in this part of the world is pretty high. When we booked Let Temps Des Mets, we did not have huge expectations and we were very pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is located outside of Vablonne village center and has large parking lot, which we really appreciated, as parking in Valbonne is not that easy, especially during the summer months. We have sat outside and besides couple of mosquitos, it was very nice. I have not seen the decor of the restaurant indoor space. The service was excellent!
