Service was awful! Slow and uninterested staff. Food was below average.

Had lovely meal for my daughters 18th birthday. Service and food was great. Lovely decor and very clean.

Star taken off for ordering a specific gin that they said they had, but didn’t serve. Just say no, you don’t have it. Don’t lie. Service was fabulous and we really enjoyed our 2 hours.

we got a drink. the cocktails were great. my wife had a real cocktail and she loved it, I had a dick and it was also a great and very pleasant drink. the personal was also great. would definitely come back.

We have diner at la monde many times and we have always been very happy but this time we were disappointed with food and service The offers had all been removed yet showing available on line and on screen in venues

3. stay in the hotel and was just as good as the last. the room was exquisite and the staff was friendly and friendly as always. use the money for the excellent rooms alone and always have a fantastic long sleep in the humble bets. we will visit every guest in edinburgh to book a room and do it soon.

I organized a special event here and everything was seamless during the planning. the special events were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and communicative, and our service in the night of the event was very positiw. the event room is beautiful and very worth the minimum expenditure required. the food was good. I would recommend to anyone who organizes an event in edinburgh.

One word disappointing. I was unsure about booking here due to some of the reviews and should have followed my instinct. There were not many diners on a Thursday night in the restaurant and our server was very attentive to begin the evening, but things went downhill. The atmosphere is strange, more like a nightclub, and the food was just ok. 3 of us wanted the chicken on the preset menu, but they were sold out and did not make another substitution. Also, we waited quite awhile for our check and then the bill was incorrect, which then took too long to sort out. Too many other options in the area, so doubt we will return.

on this place a star. if I could, it wouldn't be a star. Yesterday afternoon sat for cocktails and then paid our bill. I got the confirmation and put it in my pocket. we are up and down when we were outside a coworker, followed us and accused us not to pay our bill. I told her we paid and we got our reception. I got the entrance from my bag and she was not satisfied yet. it was another member of the staff who came after and said they had paid bills there. I've never been ashamed to be accused, especially in the middle of an enlivened road. I always pay my bills. if this is how they treat customers there, I will not be definitiw. the staff was very rude. think they need more training on the s...
