Le Bagatelle Restaurant

Group of 6, everyone had different meals (dinner) and there was not a single complaint. I tried all other choices and each one was very good. Excellent value in an otherwise overpriced town.

This little place is where you need to be for lunch or dinner, Great value, good service, ooh and the wine is good to.The sad thing is , they are moving....but we hope that they will stay in the old town. Go try it if you are in Saint Tropez now, end of October 16 they will be gone from there

La nourriture est moyenne, les portions sont très petites et très chères. Le pire, c'est qu'ils vous poussent pratiquement à partir aussitôt que vous n'avez pas fini votre boisson. Les propriétaires sont impolis et cupides, surtout le mari. Attention, le prix de la boisson est bien plus élevé que sur le menu, donc renseignez-vous d'abord auprès d'eux pour éviter tout problème.

Très bel ambiance. Un petit restaurant familial avec des plats de haute qualité. Le chef est venu personnellement à la table pour présenter les menus du jour. Le service était également très attentionné de la part de tout le personnel. L'entrée aux fruits de mer était parfaite et fraîche. J'ai eu de loin...mon meilleur filet de bœuf de St-Tropez ici. Le dessert maison, la mousse au chocolat, était également absolument délicieux. Je reviendrai toujours ici lors de mes prochaines visites sur la Côte d'Azur. Définitivement une recommandation incontournable pour tout le monde.

The restaurant is located on a very small and quiet street which is right in front of the church, we found the location simply marvelous. We picked the "menu of the day" for around 18 Euros I recall. We had appetizers and a main course plate which were excellent, just be careful because you may think dessert is included but it's not. You can just though main plate + dessert option with no appetizer.Service was good though one of the waiters didn't speak English very well so we took some time to go through the menu options...For a small restaurant we found our experience to be amazing.

We wandered the charming streets of St Tropez and came across this small family run Bistro in a lovely little street. The proprietors where very welcoming, speaking perfect English if you needed it. We had the menu de jour for €18 where we chose beautiful local fresh salads for starters and THE best tuna steak I have every tasted for our mains, A delicious carafe of rose for €11. There was a children's menu, but our daughter opted for the spaghetti carbonara, also delish! We would defiantly recommend this little restaurant in what can be a tourist trap area, and will return on our next visit! Merci beaucoup

If you are in St-Tropez, Bagatelle is the place to be. Whether you want to enjoy the sea, have a truly delicious meal or you want to party hard and order several champagne showers like a Russian billionaire.Make a reservation in advance and, if you are not coming from a yacht or your reservation is for 2-3 persons, you'll get a bad table (in the sun, almost outside the restaurant). Don't accept the table and just ask for a better one. You'll get a better one.Service is very quick and treats you well. The food is amazingly good. Much better than some St-Trop icon beach clubs with a longer history than Bagatelle.All in all - a wonderful place to go in the St Tropez area, and you are guaranteed...

We walked around Saint-Tropez peaking at menus and looking in windows for about 30 minutes. The only reason we chose this one was that I had a craving for fish soup & they offered it as a starter with their Menu du Jour. The restaurant is small, but has three seating areas: tables on the street, a few tables downstairs and more upstairs: get one downstairs - very cozy atmosphere! Every dish we had was very good - but the main was absolutely outstanding. We had the veal in white sauce, served with rice and a salad for the main. Chocolate mousse and lemon meringue pie for dessert, a carafe of house wine and espressos after. The Menu du Jour at €18 was very good value (esp for Saint-Tropez). I'...

Ok we were browsing around the main street of St Tropez with all the Yachts and I'm rich ur not places but if you wonder around the place there are a few restaurants with a very expensive a la carte menu but if you dig in further next to the church you will see a retro paved inclined street with 2 restaurants with a terasse tables. Well as a tourist ask both restaurant what they propose (dont be shy) I have asked the waitress of the Bagatelle and that other restaurant just beside it and the bagatelle was so nice and helping that she convinced us to have lunch there. Well besides the drinks and the pichet of roser we decided to get 2 entrees, 3 main courses, a cafe gourmand and a creme brûlée...
