Absolutely beautiful roast, delicious and plentiful. Little’n enjoyed her brownie and ice cream! Lovely staff, nothing is too much trouble. I was very surprised we were able to get a booking same day because the food and service is consistently excellent here. Thank you so much

Went in for a drink after a curry. My friend ordered a medium glass of Shiraz for me. When it came we thought it was a bit small but didn’t object. When barman realised his mistake he came over took the glass and corrected the error. I also want to say that the bar woman was very courteous and friendly. Well done. Voir le carte

We unexpectedly ended up at Ladies Mile for Sunday roast and it was delightful. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the roasts were outstanding! The photos truly do justice. We look forward to bringing others with us next time. We will definitely be returning. There is a nice outdoor area with a climbing frame for kids.

Absolutely fantastic community pub visited for a late lunch with family on a sunny packed Sunday, A very warm welcome come from the landlady who immediately showed me to our table and brought me a drink despite being extremely busy.Superb Sunday lunch,really good atmosphere friendly and welcoming.This has got to be one of the best pubs locally .

We visited our favorite restaurant, Ladies Mile, with our foster son who has additional needs and epilepsy. It had been a while since he had been able to join us due to COVID, but we were so happy to see how much he had grown up. Paul, Gail, Ruby, and the rest of the staff were exceptional as always, going above and beyond to make our young man feel welcome. We made a lot of noise to encourage him to eat his dinner and pudding, and everyone there joined in on the fun. We live in Mile Oak, but Ladies Mile is our favorite place to be. We love it so much. If you're looking for a fantastic Sunday roast, this pub is the place to be. Orders were taken promptly at our table, and we settled the bill at the bar before leaving. I chose the pork belly, while my friend went for the beef roast, and both dishes were incredibly tasty - a wonderful treat to come home to after a weekend in Reading. Even though dessert was offered, we were too full to indulge. The service was excellent, with staff checking in on us throughout our meal to make sure we were happy. This wasn't my first visit for a roast here, and it's always a pleasure to come back. Thank you for a great experience.

After following Brighton roasts on Instagram I found a review for the ladies mile pub Sunday roast then remembered we'd had their Christmas dinner during lock down and how amazed we were by it. So I decided for our wedding anniversary to go for a roast and thought let's give it a go and I tell you what I'm 100% doing that again. Had the pork belly that was absolutely amazing the crackling was bang on for me the wife had the chicken and loved it. Can't recommend this place enough 10/10 food 10/10 on the staff as they were so friendly and extremely polite 10/10 on quickness of the food served and it came out hot. In short, you can never go wrong with lunch at Ladies Mile. My daughter opted for a halloumi burger but she’s a fussy one so upon request it was easily agreed she could swap her fries for garlic bread, all of which she really enjoyed. I opted for pork belly roast and as usual it’s worthy of top marks, my only disappointment is it beat me and it was pointless taking home my crackling and bit of pork I couldn’t manage because I start my diet shakes tomorrow so wouldn’t be able to finish it then!!
