"Incredibly good pizza and service. We stopped by La Vecchia Piazza for a more casual meal after many evenings of formal dining. It appeared that the place was full of locales as we seemed to be the only English speaking patrons. The two pizzas, one margharita and one eggplant, were a true delight and the service/hospitality was even better. We would definitely recommend without hesitation. The best pizza that we've ever had in Italy and we have had plenty. Best wishes."

Food was excellent. Service was very slow (though friendly). The pizza using course the specialty and they have many types. Very thin, so easy for kids to eat a whole pizza. We also had a salad and cheese plate as well as desserts that were good. The patio seating is nice unless there is a smoker nearby (which is not uncommon). We didn't have an issue though. The only downside was the incredibly slow service.
