Excellent food, reasonable prices, friendly staff (Paolo, Roxanne, Virginia, Gloria!!!! Cappuccino , lunch, dinner....... Can't beat it!

Great eats, local place. Excellent authentic food, service fast by an owner who takes great pride in his establishment. Happily accommodates American tourists. Eat where the locals eat. Reasonable.

This place is awesome. A neighborhood hang out where even tourists feel like part of the community. Owner is effervescent, passionate and really makes you feel welcome. If you're anywhere near it stop in. You'll have a blast.

This place is amazing. It is my second time visiting in the past year and the food has been consistent. Today we had fried zucchini blossoms, papardelle with porcini mushroom, carbonara, and finished with worlds best tiramisu and a gelato affogato.

We visited this place with 13 of our family members. The owner was so welcoming and accommodating. He ordered for us and we tasted all the specials. The food was fabulous the service was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. Please visit if you are in the area. Voir le carte

paolo is the perfect host, introduces you and then makes you taste the territory. yesterday pappardelle to the fantastic wild boar and superb fried artichokes . all watered by a great chianti but the best of if paolo because it explains the oil and wine, an expert who fascinates you. you always feel at home

I put the stars because it means very good, the excellent word I reserve very few things. in common talking very well, means something where you were well, where you would come back, which is recommended to friends and family. We were a group of friends and one of them, who lived in the area, booked here. happy choice: clean environment, great food and plentiful. paul the kind and kind owner and at hand. For me, look at the reviews to understand that I'm not the only one who thinks so.

My husband and I are return visitors to Tavarnelle and we were lucky enough to meet Paolo many years ago. Over the time, he has transformed the space of Caffe Degli Amici into a beautiful community where family and friends sit to catch up, share an espresso, dine on incredible Tuscan dishes, and drink amazing wine. The wine options in and of themselves at the restaurant are incredible--do yourself a favor--purchase the wine that they recommend--we always enjoyed every bottle we had there and returned multiple times for additional bottles!
