"I'm sorry I didn't comment on the criticism, but I had an unforeseen when I wrote it and when I hung the phone, the comment wasn't sent. However, my dissatisfaction is because we were five diners, two orders the Sidreria menu, two Spanish and the fifth a few croquettes and two beers, one water and one sangria. After dessert we were taken without asking for a variety of fruits and order an entry. "Un placer, con acento uruguayo -estupendos pizzeros, por cierto-. Una magnífica pizza de salmón con rúcula, absolutamente en su punto. Ignoro si el resto de sugerencias están a la altura, pero apostaría sin dudarlo que así es. Una buena cerveza de su surtida bodega -en mi caso Alhambra 1925- y... satisfacción absoluta. Si viajo de nuevo a Manises, allí me recibirán de buen grado tal y como lo han hecho hoy."

"Acudí a este restaurante situado en la población de Aldaya, donde tienen un bonito local bien cuidado del cual me habían hablado muy bien. Se trata de un restaurante en el que puedes encontrar variedad de platos de diferentes cocinas internacionales, contando con variedad de entrantes, platos principales, menús y sus increíbles burgers. En mi caso pedí la burger Primigenia que estaba compuesta por carne de 200gr de vaca, salsa burger casera, lechuga, queso cheddar, crujiente de panceta iberica y mermelada de pepinillo . La burger tenia un precio de 14€ y estaba muy buena con un pan tipo brioche bien tierno, un bacon ligeramente crujiente, queso cheddar bien derretido y de calidad, la mermelada de pepinillo le daba el toque dulce que me encantó, y la carne muy buena tanto por su soltura en la picada como por el sabor de la misma."
