"Visiting the town and ate in the cafe....food was nice however, we ordered the pie with a dollop which was on the menu. When charged more at the till I was told we were given more chips so charged more? So basically got more than we ordered. What got me was not once was there an apology for getting order wrong! Very poor customer service..."

Always preorder then by the time we get there it's ready, really nice fish N chips, always use knights now don't go anywhere else

Extremely disappointed with the food from Knights recently. They have gone from the best fish and chips in Pontefract to the worst!
