Absolut freundliche Bedienung und eine Top Küche. Nach einem wunderschönen Tag in Waren das Sahnestück zum Ausklang. Ein mehr als empfehlenswertes Restaurant

Das Essen war i. O. aber nicht so überragend, wie der Preis vermuten liess.Das Personal war freundlich und willig, der Service aber trotzdem nicht professionell.

The food was great, but we felt like the second class guests. The food took age to arrive at the table (main course arrived more than 90 minutes after the order). Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage quasi unmittelbar am See gelegen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich ausgestattet und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl (Brötchen, Müsli, Obst und Gemüse, Fisch, Eierspeisen, u.v.m. und das Abendessen und der Service im Restaurant war hervorragend. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Kellnerin war freundlich und ruhig, sehr angenehm. Das rote Beete-Carpacchio als Vorspeise war ein Traum, ungewöhnlich leicht ohne den üblichen derben Geschmack. Sowohl das Wild- als auch das Fischgericht waren perfekt: Zartes Fleisch, knusprigen, saftiger Fisch, aromatische Serviettenknödel. Wir hatten einen Tisch mit Blick auf den See. Ansprechendes Interieur mit hohen Decken und moderner, unaufdringlich Einrichtung.

Okay, so it's not a Michelin star restaurant, but for goods the price-performance relationship is very good. A sweed soup with chorizo (divided) followed by calf shoulder in red wine sauce with excellent fresh vegetables and potato mashed, and Taglioni with King Prawns, Rucola and garlic were all they should be. With an excellent 2016 South African Cabernet/Merlot and a bottle of mineral water for only 100€ we were happy. Wir waren 2x im Kleinen Meer und waren beide Male begeistert. Fantastisches Essen und tolle Weine in einem besonders schönen Ambiente. Das Rote Beete Carpacio schmeckt leicht und ist geschmacklich toll abgestimmt, die kalte Gurkensuppe , eine Empfehlung des Chef, an einem heißen Sommertag, eine erfrischende Kräuterexplosion am Gaumen. Der gebratene Zander kommt auf den Punkt gebraten mit köstlichen und geschmackvollen Beilagen . Die Sorbets sind wahre Fruchtbomben. Insgesamt eine sehr gute und kreative Küche zu einem für unseren Geschmack sehr guten Preisleistungs Verhältnis. Qualität und Preis stimmen hier. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

No matter if you sit on the terrace or inside the restaurant, you feel comfortable. The terrace and window seats of the restaurant let you enjoy the splendid views of the lake.The service is impeccable, efficient and very friendly. Due to these aspects and of course the delicious and nicely presented and served dishes, we had dinner here four nights in a row. The last two nights the chef created us a meal which was not on the menu. The only comment I can give is - delicious! This restaurant certainly looks after its guests and their needs and I highly recommend it. My husband was on a prescribed special diet which was no problem for the chef to interpret into an enticing meal.

We came to this restaurant because we found it mentioned in the Michelin guide. The restaurant itself is cozy and offers a beautiful view on lake Müritz. We had the four course fish menu. The first negative is that we had to wait 15 minutes until we received the menu card. The service was very stressed out and made us nervous. The food itself was decent: the first course was a safrsafran bisque with seafood and fish served together with seafood salad. The second course was smoked eel and pike which was very tasty.as a main the served us pike-perch fillet on vegetables which was also well prepared. The dessert was a crème brûlée which had a bit a weird taste. All in all the dining experience... Voir le carte
