"Fantastic meal again at Kindling for my wife's birthday. Attentive staff, superb flavour and we can't wait to come back. The only minor criticism was that the Beetroot Gravadlax was a tad salty and in my opinion, the music doesn't quite match the ambience and cuisine style. Overall, one of Brighton's treasures."

It was our first visit to Kindling and it didn’t disappoint the food was delicious and there was a great choice of options. The Brussels sprout side dish and the burger were definitely highlights!

what a wonderful restaurant a small but perfectly posing menu the stars are the backs with rags sauce and the carrot cake tiramisu attentic low key service a real pleasure to spend a Saturday night here

All right. no tasty, nothing we thought of as wow. with so many great restaurants in brighton, I'm not sure I should go back. somewhat subduing including the service. I wanted to come here for a reason, so disappointed.

Very limited menu and although I chose well with fish my friend got a plate of raw cauliflower. She hates nuts and 3/4 of menu had nuts. My fish was delicious but expensive and doubt we will return sorry. Service was excellent

we really enjoyed our meal. eating was clear fresh, nicely cooked and served attractively. the portions were ideal. the wine list was a bit more expensive than we had imagined, but the selection was excellent. very comfortable environment also.
