"I love KFC, after convincing my wife for over 2 months to visit KFC she accepted. but in this KFC they don’t have proper hygiene, as we waited for ages for the tables to be cleaned but nothing is happening we decided to do it by ourselves. they always make mistakes with orders and only give you something missing never something extra, they didn’t have the new big coconut milk shake which costs 4€ they simply offered me to replace it with another big cola which costs 1€ less. And didn’t even give the euro or say anything, they don’t have a restroom so here another -1€ which you should pay if you’d like to use the restroom in the train station. I think my wife would never accept to visit kfc again after this."

the shop has limited seats and it is very ugly even with few customers. I think the service is kind of bad as it takes a long time to restore the ordered eating. they will be slightly angry, even I think they should not be trained.

Very slow with the service. We missed our train. If you have to catch a train in 15 minutes, please never go there. Then not well with the burger preparation. Cheese was completely out of the burger. For the first time, I don't enjoy KFC. The staff is nice and the place is clean and clean, but I didn't like the service personally.

the taste is the same as in any kfc of the world, but the workers here are extremely slow! I went to kfcs around and outside Europe, and I have never experienced so slow pace! all orders turn on screen red (because the employees go over the supposed deadline within which the orders should be prepared). do not order if they have a train to catch! Horrible service. Took so long for the food to arrive and the tables were absolutely disgusting. When the actual food arrived( after more than 40 min) two burgers were missing. I don't understand why management hasn't done anything about this when so many people on here have complained about the service. The workers were not helpful at all. It's ridiculous to have to pay for this horrible service. Please fix this!

I think this is one of the best examples of a place where you get good meals but with the worst service. Ridiculously long waiting times and inefficient staff. Everything here is delivered as combo, even if you order any small item, you will get a combo offer to eat it in the dirtiest tables and weird waiters staring at you and the table. Please carry a table wipe or cloth with you before entering this unorganized outlet. If you are somebody who respect the dine-in experience, I hope you know food isn’t everything.
