"I don 't know what to say quite honestly. It was a somewhat terrible experience. Don 't bother booking a table 'cause you 'll be sitting outside in the cold anyways. They offered to look if there was a spot inside for us and after 40 minutes of...waiting in the **** cold we actually got the spot we actually booked for 8 pm. That 's starting off great. After apologizing several times we enjoyed drinks on the house and I was ready to look past it. They even prioritized our first course so we 'd just get something. Alright, that 's nice… Well think again. After finishing that we got to wait 20 minutes for the main course. I mean alright, I get it, you prioritized our first course and I understand the delay for the second. But what in heavens happend with the last course? We waited half an hour+ for cake? In what world does it take so long to get a piece of cake? Or any course in a functioning restaurant really? It seemed they 've simply forgotten the order. We noticed that after one of the waiters asked us if he could offer us anything else, such as coffee or something to finish off. Um yes, perhaps our order. It may not be too expensive on it 's own, but by god it 's not worth the price. Everything we 've had was mediocre at best, except the dessert, hey that was delicious but not enough to wait half an hour+ for. Boring salad, dry rumpsteaks although cooked medium, sauces given didn 't make up for it at all. Only good point is that they have very charming waiters that seemed very flustered that night. I suppose they had a bad day to begin with, but I don 't feel like it 's a good enough excuse. Do yourself a favour and choose a different restaurant, Saarbrücken has alot of hidden gems to offer."

"At noon I came to the Sake, a newly opened gastro plant on the St.Johann market. I thought it was an Asian quick snack; it is more of a kind of bistro with Asian touch. I'm glad you can finally sit at warm temperatures. Unfortunately, the Saarstraße is not the only provider of shops on the market and taxes, but it is now also increasing construction vehicles that have absolutely nothing to look for and use this road as a kind of short circuit. Of course, the Sake cannot do this; here the order office would be more in demand, but apparently it would be better to control the rest of the traffic and write park healthiers. From Tuesday to Friday, the Sake offers a daily menu with soup as an appetizer and as a main dish either chicken Szechuan or duck with pineapple. Together with a coffee or espresso, it costs EUR 6,00 in the chicken version and EUR 8,00 as a duck version. But I chose a soup and a duck dish from the normal card. The soup Tom Yam Gum, also known as the Thai national soup, rightly carries on the menu the hint of sharpness 3 . It was indeed good sharp and has as insert shrimps, cucumber slices, bamboo strips, mushrooms and small salad leaves. In this version you will find them nowhere in Thailand; it is quite European, but it has cost very well. If you don't like it so sharp, choose better the Wan Tan soup or the famous Beijing soup if you want it to be a soup. At the duck in the stone pot chosen by me, ducks breast strips of peasant type (so it is on the map to rice on various vegetables; this court has seen me as a whole qualitatively, but something disappoints me. The snake (formerly a steam ship is a new paint cup in the Bermuda Triangle St.Johann market, Fröschengasse and Saarstraße, but from my point of view it is more for small hunger and less for lush boards. And too high culinary requirements should not be placed in this kind of kitchen; that would inevitably lead to disappointments."

"the flammkuchenhaus is also available in Kirkel/Saar. However, after a curve it is again about a curve, then there are raven gardens on the right and left, after another curve again raven gardens and as you think you never arrive: tata! looks quite cozy, beautiful beer garden, far from the road and traffic. the interior is somehow rustic, but nevertheless bright and friendly and at least I like. even though one misses a backrest on the beer garden-like benches. after all, you're not 18. if you choose a table on the wall, you can lean a little. the selection is large, from normal flammcake to sweet flammcake as dessert there are unlikely many variations that you just have to try every time (so I have to go back) in a group it is most fun as you can order several different flammpies. that comes on a wooden board on the table and is divided into small pieces. each has a small flat shovel and a serviette and takes what he wants. who has eaten flaky cake as dessert? must try. the heavenly flame cake with heavenly spirit flambit mh! as the flame cakes are all freshly prepared, you should bring some time. it doesn't take too long. I would have given 5 stars, but since the drink service was quite lame we sat well 15 minutes until the 1st order was received, and that was not better all night just 4 stars. Moreover, the chefin was not particularly cooperative when I asked for a small table for presents. we were a birthday party of 20 people."

"My heart's favorite was the desire to feed fish out of the house. Where that should not have been fixed; but the Bischmisheimer Linde crystallized out gradually as the discharge site. Fish stands there in several variants auif of the map, among other things also as Atlantic seaweed in Hummerkrabbensoße with butter rice and salad for slapped EUR 19,40. This offer is just as semi-seiden meaning deliberately misleading as, for example, Linguine with Scampi for EUR 15.70. If there are normal shrimps instead of scampi, then instead Pangasius or Ropfene starving after seaweed is cheered to the pure white fillet, which is often covered with an obscure sauce. Yesterday, after studying the current Linde map on the Internet, my love had shot on fresh asparagus with pork chips, sauce Hollandaise and salt potatoes for EUR 23.50 and ordered a table for today at 12:30. I had not yet decided with my court request and decided ad hoc today. The large main guestroom was almost completely occupied by a large solid board for about 25 people, which only reads space for three small tables in the corners of the room; one of them was ours. The reason of the feast was quickly made: a small bubble with a strapped neck and a communion candle in a glass vessel in the middle of the gift table did not read any misinterpretations for us. Gottseidank was quicker with our order than the fixed company with its Communion Menu selection; so we stayed spared long waiting times. My dear wife ordered, although the Linde Averna has also offered, only a small apple choir for EUR 3,20; I took a Franciscan white beer from the barrel (0,5l EUR 3.80). In terms of food, she stayed at her bererits home choice, the Spargel-Schnitzel combination. Although the panned pork carving was not roasted in the pan but frit and the sauce Hollandaise was not really the yellow of the egg, it was satisfied with its choice overall, although the asparagus rods were not so great but slightly musked. She was pleased about my side-salat which I had left her; his dressing was expressly praised. For me, I had ordered the pork larvae in Pfifferling-Kirsch-Pfeffersoße with croquettes and supplemental salad for EUR 19,80, and I asked to replace the croquettes with late larvae which were standard for the larvae in Bärlauchsoße. The fact that Mr. Diener, the operator and chef of the Linde, especially in the case of short fryers, often has the problem of meeting the desired degree of cooking correctly, we had already experienced in the past the pleasure, especially during the four months that we had left after our move without our own kitchen and in time had often taken the lead service of the Linde, if we had once again wanted to eat warm (restaurant visits at that time). I found the sauce very successful, although the pepper component from my point of view had been sent to the race somewhat too generously (my wife found it salted). With Pfifferlingen, the kitchen had really not tasted, neither with cherries.
