"Wir waren gestern zum Abendessen in der Herzenslust und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionsgrößen (im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Rezensionen) völlig ausreichend. Entweder variiert diese oder es gibt höchst verschiedene Ansichten, wie üppig eine Mahlzeit aussehen soll. Eventuell wäre dann ein Restaurant wie die Dicke Emma angemessener. Dem Punkt Service wurden 2 Sterne abgezogen, da wir uns sehr über das Verhalten der etwas älteren Bedienung geärgert haben. Der Service des netten Herrn und der freundlichen jungen Dame waren tadellos, professionell und zuvorkommend. Mein Mann und ich haben leider beim Hereingehen das Schild mit dem Hinweis, dass nur Barzahlung zur Zeit möglich ist überlesen. Das war natürlich unser Fehler , aber nach Coronazeiten und irgendwelchen Datenschutzhinweisen sind wir tatsächlich blind bzgl. angebrachter Blätter, die irgendwo an der Tür oder im Vorraum hängen. Als uns die bereits erwähnte Bedienung die Rechnung gab und wir die Kartenzahlung verlangten, bekamen wir ein gestresstes Schnaufen und eine schnippische Antwort An der Tür hängt extra ein Schild, dass zur Zeit keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist zurück. Wie man ja aber unschwer vermuten kann, haben wir es leider nicht gelesen. Eine Zurechtweisung a la Lehrer-Schüler-Manier wäre nicht nötig gewesen. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten war mein Mann an einer Bank. Gar kein Problem und keinen Grund uns anzupampen. Die Dame hat es ebenso den ganzen Abend nicht geschafft, eine Miene zu verziehen und hat uns beim Hinausgehen auch noch ignoriert. Um konstruktiv zu bleiben, würde ich der Dame empfehlen, eine Mimik-Schulung zu besuchen, bei der man ihr zeigt, wie sie nach außen hin wirkt und auch erläutern, wie man freundlich und aufmerksam mit Gästen umgeht. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder. Eine Person sollte nicht das ganze Restaurant repräsentieren und einem den Abend vermiesen."

"At noon I arrived at the Sake, a newly opened gastro plant at the St.Johann market. I thought it would be an Asian quick snack; it is more of a kind of bistro with Asian touch. I'm glad you could sit out at finally warm temperatures. Unfortunately, the Saarstrasse is not the only supplier of the shops on the market and taxes, but it is now also increasing construction vehicles, which have absolutely nothing to look for there and which use this road as a kind of shortcut. Of course, the Sake cannot do that; here the order office would be more in demand, but apparently it would rather be better to control the resting traffic and to write down park healthiers. From Tuesday to Friday, the Sake offers a daily menu with soup as an appetizer and as a main dish either chicken Szechuan or duck with pineapple. Together with a coffee or espresso, the whole in the chicken version costs EUR 6,00 and as a duck version EUR 8,00. But I decided for a soup and a duck dish from the normal card. The soup Tom Yam Gum, also known as the Thai national soup, rightly carries on the menu the hint of sharpness 3 . It was in fact good sharp and has as insert shrimps, cucumber slices, bamboo strips, mushrooms and small salad leaves. In this version you will not find them anywhere in Thailand; it is quite European, but it has tasted very well. If you don't like it so sharp, you better choose the Wan Tan soup or the famous Beijing soup if you want it to be a soup. At the duck in the stone pot chosen by me, duck breast strips of peasant type (so it is on the map to rice on various vegetables; this court has seen me as a whole qualitatively but somewhat disappointed me. The Sake (formerly a steamship is a new colour cup in the Bermuda Triangle St.Johanner Markt, Fröschengasse and Saarstrasse, but from my point of view it is more for the small hunger and less for lush boards. And too high culinary requirements should not be placed on this type of kitchen; that would inevitably lead to disappointments."

"An evening to enjoy! On March 17th, 2022, we were allowed to attend the Le Comptoir for the first time, and it will certainly not have been the last time, that is fixed. But in turn. We had, of course, informed ourselves in advance about the concept, but Jens Jakob, David Christian and Peter fluid knew from your time at Le Noir and Leidinger. The unpretentious and in the best sense hemd-sleeved style in the Le Comptoir even likes us more than the previous concepts, the Atmospähre is very relaxed and Jens Jakob is a very attentive and funny host you feel the cordiality and has more the feeling of being invited to dinner with a good friend. Speaking of food: Just a dream! We had the following passages, which I once had with my personal appreciation. It is shameful how inattentive, disrespectful and unfair is shown here by the aforementioned reviewers to people who are trying with heart blood to give the guests a nice evening. Blessing is still the kindest thing you can say about these comments, incompetent and grossly untruthful, but also fits. No, you can't sit at the tables with 5 people, that's what everyone sees. Yeah, you get thundered (although only if you want it and yes, you sit on a vase that's the concept: you probably complain in quick snack that it's too hectic to you, right? But, on the chairs and the bench you can sit excellently and comfortably a whole evening. However, Mr. Jakob and Mr. Christian are clearly honestly interested in whether and how the individual courses taste to your guests. Commentaries such as Grottenschlecht , Abzocke or Kneipe show that the commentator lacks at least the expertise, but certainly at the level, which also explicitly illustrates the slipping into his personal criticism. And for those who do not like to eat stopovers: feel free to refrain from it but a restaurant that you have obviously never visited to review with a star is equally ridiculous as business-damaging, such opinions have nothing in common with a serious criticism and should be removed. the same applies to the note at the waiting time for a place reservation. It would be desirable for some of them to be encouraged to do so with fairness, steadfastness and sense of responsibility before submitting an assessment.
