We had a lovely meal at the restaurant. There is a good choice of food and the staff are friendly. Would recommend a visit!!

We went in not one person was there it was the football final one person came for a takeaway the food was tasteless and won t be returning very upsetting

Called in on spec and was the only customer for quite some time. Ordered the soup, which was enjoyable, followed by king prawn foo yung with rice and chips. Wouldn't bother with the chips again but the rest was ok. Lovely view across to the...hills and castle. parking good, access fair

Went with my partner and her father last week for Father’s Day as everywhere else was full . We were the only ones in this place and after eating there food I now know why . We all had a chicken dish and sadly it...was the chicken that was the problem . Rubbery bland and just tasteless so sadly won’t be going back . Shame as it’s a nice place with great views .

We ordered a large order for a group of people and everyone one of us were happy with our meal. We loved the combo starters: yummy ribs, spring rolls, chicken and seaweed. Great mains: loved the crispy chilli beef and sweet and sour chicken with...a side of salt and chilly chips. So looked forward to this meal but from the deep fried crusty starter to the no crisp present in the crispy duck (mound of pre pulled moist! Duck) to the rice which had a desire to clump together. it was a total disappointment. Place is...clean, staff friendly and great location over the river so why only tabled on a Saturday night. WHY because the food harks back to the best of the Such a shame. GAVE a because we had the meal. Would not take a lot to make it completely different.

Without exception the worst food ever served up to me paid for or otherwise. For such a great location next to the river and a terrace, this restaurant should be a gold mine. We arrived at hrs. The place was deserted. Waitress pleasant. Meal...was served within minutes(?? Utterly inedible. The Egg Fried Rice was just yellow boiled rice sans egg! To cap it off, it's VERY expensive compared to what's charged in Essex On the up side. If you're on a diet... Heaven! Do yourself a favour. GIVE IT A MISS!

We’ve visited Ken Ma and ordered food to take away several times over the last years. Our feeing was always that it is expensive but good. Yesterday we decided to go for a meal. The starters were so bad that we joked that...at least the main course must have be an improvement. It wasn’t. In the end we left without eating much at all, not because we we weren’t willing to try but because it was inedible. The steamed pork dumplings were hard and slimy and contained what looked and tasted like bland offal, with worrying black lumps in. The crispy chilli beef was caked in so much salt that it was white.
