"This will be my 4th week staying at this hotel whilst our charity is vaccinating the housebound population of Somerset. Its a great place to stay and comfortable with a good menu. Having had the same dishes to choose from for some time, can you please consider alternative menu options? Also at breakfast, the only egg choice appears to be scrambled which due to the way its stored on the buffet counter, is always overcooked. Some alternative egg options like boiled, fried or poached would be appreciated."

Food was beautiful. It was fresh and there was plenty of it. We struggled to eat it all. Service was quite slow but staff were lovely and very pleasant.

Excellent food and good service. Very pleasant staff. Big steaks and burgers. Especially good chicken wings and curly pommes!! We had a very pleasant meal after a long trip. Great value.

I had a really delicious pizza called Somerset ........ My husband had slow cooked belly pork with veg and potatoes. Very good. Good value for money. Service good. Ambiance lacking. Like a works canteen.

The restaurant has a simple atmosphere and can be quite noisy, but the waitstaff were exceptional. It's a suitable option for lunch, but I wouldn't recommend it for an evening dining experience. It's convenient for hotel guests, but might not be the best choice for those visiting from outside.

We were celebrating my daughters birthday, visited for the first time due to high ratings and good reviews. We were not disappointed, we were welcomed by friendly staff, didn't have to wait too long for food, which was good quality and large portions. It was a comfy setting and stayed for nearly 3 hours, only slight blip on experience, they run out of pudding of choice, however allowed us to choose another free of charge! Excellent will visit again

We were often and had no problems and the food is usually great, on this occasion we had to wait the only family food for 30 minutes to place our order and went without pudding, as we were not asked if we wanted at all. They seemed short staff, but when they came back, they decided to chat instead. The table was not even clarified, but the food was great, which is disappointed when it is left off by the service. Will be unlikely to visit again for a while.

We belong to an older age group and found Keepers to be a restaurant that served what we thought was 'overpriced junk food' waiting 20 minutes to order and had to take a waitress. 30 minutes before serving food, the best Mediocre was... No one asked us if we were happy with the food or came to ask about desserts etc. we just left... Later realized that food from tables could be ordered via 'phone/soll.? We don't have internet-enabled phones! Not for us, but we were 'capable' as a stay at the hotel.
