"the eating was exceptionally good, the dame that was served was super friendly and professional from beginning to end. when we wanted to pay with our company credit card, we were told that they had to request an additional 5% fee because this was a company credit card. they also specify this in small letters in the menu. according to the European PSD2 guidelines set up in 2019, it is not allowed to make this type of surcharges on any payment with credit card. the owner of the company was not interested and added the 5% on the bill that we paid 16 euro for nothing. If they want an dinner in this restaurant, please make sure they know about these guidelines and they are not allowed to do this. either skip the restaurant (and unfortunately a great dinner) or note that they will pay extra and be demolished."

Very juicy tasty rare meat, very friendly service, nice location. Good speed. Good fries. I would always recommend to have the meat medium or less cooked. Will definitely be back.

the food is good but the service is terrible. The employees are very rude. Asked for a drink, it didnt tasted as it should, I sent it back and they charged it even though I didnt drink it.

they would think that what such a name, they would go to an saloon like, western style restaurant, but no. the interieur was a disappointment, but as far as this part went. great service brought my order fast and...wow! the riders were perfect, but then I tried. my western style burger. what a taste! fantastic. I'll be back!

we went there to try their famous filiale. eating everything is really fast eating, they have to wait a lot on the line, very crowded. looks like a big choice, but it's not. many useless things like musli boxes or jelly, and above... there was a hair in my cake, I showed it the waitress, she said it was from our customers and went away. never again.

here twice in our two days in frankfurt. the best hamburger I ever had. thick, juicy meat patty cooked by, tasteful bungalow and great supplements such as avocado and local cheese. for the second time we had caesar salat and chicken sandwich, both of which were excellent and also friendly co-worker flowing into several languages. in any case would go back here. yum!

Good are definitely excellent. However, after had the food and paid my bill, I walked out the restaurant, I was accused by a waitress as a thief. She accused me of stealing a table knife. I feel insulted and humiliated by her statement. She ran...after me and told me to return the knife, otherwise she would call the police. I told her to do so, but she didn't. And she kept telling me to return the knife. I was so sad that she couldn't use her brain to do her work. Why should I have to steal the knife ?? Is it a golden knife or a diamond one? I paid nearly 20 Euro for my bill and you told me that I have stolen the knife?! are you kidding me?! that's extremely INSANE. anyway, I hope you can ch...
