"What can I say? I've been in the summer for many years. The renovation a few years ago elevated the restaurant, which was already good, to an even higher level. This year in a week I have been there 4 times and finding a dish that rubs is really difficult. The battle horse is definitely the tartare that is prepared at the table with the ingredients desired by the customer; this is really special, probably the best tartare ever eaten. To mention surely the cherry tomatoes and burrata and tagliatelle to the ragù of game as first. As seconds very good meat in general, fillet, cut and entrecote with onion rings those I tried.
