"farmhouse langarolo from the spartano environment. the agreed menu includes four starters, two first, two seconds, a tris of sweets, some white truffle scratches and a incessant supply of bottles of barol. among the appetizers there is a large carpaccio with truffle confetti and a genuine selection of local meats. among the first the best is represented by the Taijerin houses generously reinvigorated by the precious mushroom. in seconds, better the braised of wild boar with potatoes than the roasted calf with carrots, among the sweets is excellent bunette. very friendly service but too long also for a lunch in cheerful company. Overall rating: (three) balls to which should be added (one) for the generous oo of two excellences of the territory: barol and truffle."
