"if you could give 0 stars, indeed if you could remove it absolutely would. not so much for the quality of food (without infamy and without praise) but for the behavior held by the managers towards us. at 20:20 we sit in four at the coffee table in the hall and at 20:30 we order 5 pizzas of which one to carry before the others as appetizer, a beer, a coke small cola and two bottles of water. the first pizza and the drinks arrive immediately and without problems, after which we ask how much you have to wait for the other pizzas (worried for curfew at 22) and we are told to wait a 1015 minutes. from 20:40 that we have been told is what we wait until 21:30 and pizzas not even the shadow. the unexplainable delay cannot even be justified by the crowding in the room since if there were 4 tables occupied it is also so much. So we decide not to wait any longer and to pay how much consumed and arrived at the cashier, after the abundant hour of waiting we also expect a nice account of about 30 euros for a pizza, a beer, a coke and water."

cozy place and great food. we stayed on our holiday several times, always up to expectations! great fish and pizza. a special thanks to the gennaro that makes you feel at home! I hope to return as soon as possible!

I expected something more view of the area, I took the mussel soup but it was not great, pizza maybe I was wrong to choose the goto with the seafood seemed more a marinara with addition of frozen fish. between an hour and another. Fortunately, the bill was not salty.

"Very nice ambience. The restaurant is located in an old construction near Baia's port. You eat in the middle of an old courtyard, feeling like you are back in the 1950s. Very good tableware. A bit less comfortable is the entrance, as the place is right on the street, very busy and dangerous on saturday night. Service is good too, just a bit harrassing with waiters explaining every dish with long descriptions one forgets the second lates they finish. That is part of an atmosphere the owner wants to be classy and elegant. The problem is that food is not at the same level. I mean, it is good and fresh, especially raw fish, but preparations are too standard to justify an averagely high price. In a table of 7, we had cold and hot starters including raw seafood and one main dish (paranza fried fish for some and catch of the day for the others), plus 5 desserts and white wine. I believe 310€ are a bit too much for what we had, not really in terms of quantity, but for the quality of the preparations. One example is the cold starter: a dish composed by 5 different starters to be eaten from left to right, from lighter to stronger taste. You start with one single raw sea truffle, go on with a tuna tartare, one single raw baby red shrimp with burrata, raw calamari slices and finally smoked salmon. Good quality and right taste, but nothing new, no special work from the chef, that's food you can find in every good-standard restaurant in the area of Naples. Same with the fish we had: too simple. In my view, simplicity is a positive value in food, but not for a place that wants to construct its own style on a classy and elaborate (and expensive) cuisine concept. Different situation concerning the desserts which I personally didn't try but left my friends with very good sensations. In conclusion, it's worth a try, can be good for a romantic tête-à-tête or a dinner with friends, but don't expect a special experience."
