two great evening dinners al fresco. service is great and eating even better. all six dishes we had over 2 nights were excellent and fresh. Nice to be outside while still protected from wind and rain. eating is clear with love cooked.

we are to pass by chance as Soriano in the cimino, when we are hit by the sign of the trattoria the carolino . we are hungry, so we decide that it is the place for us. We come in and we are immediately surprised: internal garden and spectacular view of the valley. the real surprise however were the dishes ordered: octopus with purea garlic and chili and fettuccelles with gricia. We ate the dishes too! I swear, never eat a homemade pasta so good! the perfect rest: wine, coffee, grappa and bill. five stars, as soon as we find ourselves back in tuscia, it will be a must.

I always came back very gladly in this place, we were really good, we went for a birthday party in 15 people and every time the chef surprises us with his specialties. given the number of people we agreed before the menu from the appetizer to dessert. we have taken very abundant meat and cheese cutters served with freshly baked hot focaccia, 3 first gouits including: lasagna with chestnuts and sausages, bread dumplings and strozzamonache (a type of fresh pasta made with red wine) cacio and pepper. as according to a stew of cinfhiale with excellent porcini mushrooms and what to say of dessert.
