"I am honored and astounded to be the first to review this magical food-meets-forest experience. Granted, a car is needed to reach this pinnacle of Soriano nel Cimino dining, accessible via wending tree-lined roads, up and up the mountain. But it is well-worth the adventure. First, the menu: regional, traditional, seasonal.
