Der Braten war super, Seitan ist allerdings nicht kross, was ich noch besser gefunden hätte.

My favorite restaurant in the Austrian Alps. I've been going to this place for the last four years at least a few times a year. The steaks are amazing but...

the vegan cook had roasted and cannot remember when I had last eaten so delicious! the restaurant is somewhat more expensive, with the price absolutely suitable for this quality. there were also some vegan main dishes as well as appetizers. Voir le carte

Hatte die vegane Zwiebel geröstet und kann sich nicht erinnern, als ich das letzte Mal so lecker gegessen hatte! Das Restaurant ist etwas teurer und ich finde den Preis absolut passend für diese Qualität. Es gab auch einige vegane Hauptgerichte sowie Vorspeisen.

We loved the philosophy of the place: local, sustainable food from neighbouring farmers (also the list of suppliers are available! . The restaurant has a beautiful, natural and romantic atmosphere. The food is also very delicious, three since then full vegan options. My meal was so good with brown sauce and Seitan, it felt like a meat course in ancient times. Vegetable spreads are also delious and Kaisersmarren is light, amazing with three jams and fruits in it! If you are vegetarian, it is worth waiting (20 minutes to prepare! Voir le carte
