This hidden gem offers the best food we've tasted in Edinburgh. The menu is diverse and of high quality, and the staff are genuinely attentive to service and quality. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

An intimate, family owned operated little restaurant below street level, with superb food attentive service. I had the Angus beef callops, which were very tender served with a wonderfully flavorful red wine sauce. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to the new premises, shame on us! Everything was first class as we've come to expect from Richard and Margaret and their staff. Varied menu with lots of choice. Excellent wine list as well. We'll be back again soon x Voir le carte

Whenever we are in Edinburgh we always try and eat here. Ate here this evening and had the most brilliant meal again. And the sticky toffee pudding is amazing. Great quality food, beautifully cooked with care and friendly service. Little gem in heart of the city.
