"Eat at the Kartoffelstube in the Colonnaden On Tuesday evening this week.Warm welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and varied and interesting menu of german dishes available.We both had the pork sirloin steak cooked with cheese, onions and mushrooms, which came with potatoes cooked with onions and bacon, served in a frying pan at the table.The food was really good and washed down with good local beer.For sweets we both had apple strudel which was served with vanilla ice cream, cream, and fresh apple and orange segments. This was also excellent.Would recommend and will return again hopefully next time we visit Hamburg."

we (married couple with children) arrived on 9 august 2017 at 19.10 a.m. and left around 20.40 a.m. without eating again, because the ordered dishes simply did not come. there was no indication of problems in the kitchen; people at the side table, which came significantly later, something was served, which made us outrageously abandoned locally.

Vi kom her for at få tysk mad og det er stedet helt perfekt til. Vi fik labskovs, der bliver serveret i store portioner.....og man kan få mere hvis man vil. Som tilbehør serveres rødbeder og sure agurker. Retten er meget mættende og vi kunne ikke spise vores portioner. Ved bordet blev der også serveres lam, hvilket var fremragende og også her var der rigeligt mad. Stedet kan anbefales hvis man har lyst til at prøve solid tysk mad!
