"Firstly, I never complain or provide bad reviews, but this is the exception. I had the cod fish and chips tonight. I was a bit worried the food may not be entirely up to scratch due to the shop being grubby and I could smell the oil was ‘old’. The meal was absolutely disgusting!!! The chips had been refried, hard and were incredibly greasy. The batter was greasy too and stuck to the roof of my mouth and the fish was not fresh at all. I literally could not eat it. I am appalled that anyone could produce that type of food and happily pass it over the counter. Needless to say I would not recommend this establishment"

nice eating. we had sweet and sour garnelen hong kong style and kung pohun. great portions and good value. the staff was very friendly and helpful. excellent.

Absolutely amazing food so tasty. I have ordered to pick up and delivery and both times staff have veen polite. Will definitely being visiting again when we are staying this way.

We were in Great Yarmouth for Oct wk end, once again had a takeaway from “ Golden fish” As usual excellent!!! Chicken curry had loads of big lumps of chicken, chowmein, chicken fried rice so tasty!! We look forward to this twice a year,

Wonderful food, hot and very tasty. Well worth a visit. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Menu was easy to read and order from. Very impressed. In a word YUM !! Myself and my friend was staying near by and fancied a Chinese. We wasn 't dissappointed. Plenty of well cooked food at a reasonable price.

Had a take away..food very hot (temperature) so that 's always a plus by me! The taste was good but it was a bit 'grey ' in colour..maybe no additives I dont know but just didnt have strong vibrant colour that most Chinese food has. The noodle dish was not as expected or how we have crispy noodles down south.. other than that. All good

Worst Chinese meal I have ever had, smelt fusty,only managed a couple of mouthfuls, fried rice tasted like the days before,the shop looks like it could do with a deep clean, there is a florescent light fitting above a disused chip frier it should be white, it was brown on the bulb part, and the fitting was grime, the menu frame was full of grease and dust, and basically run down. all in all a bad experience.

not the best, but not. the worst, too. looks a bit dated and need something tlc. the worst part awaits our order. nothing extravagant just fish and chips, maybe they are faster with the Chinese food. another customer actually had to ask how long the poor lady said she had waited 20 minutes. when returning to our van fisch and chips were ok enough for what we paid. the personal is pleasant enough. the English provides ruber provides a good job to help them. she knows her goodness. unfortunately not much in the burg of burgh to choose.
