From start to finish everything was great, from the warm friendly staff, to the amazing service, to the simply delicious food! Had a brilliant experience here. Special shout out to the new manager Jack who is doing an incredible job there! Will definitely be returning!

Drinks choice and price. Shocking ! Food was edible. Requested a jug of water and was delivered 3 dirty glasses. lipstick on all 3. Staff were pleasant and appolgetic over the drink supply issue. It was a lot quieter then other place sin meadowhall, maybe it was a sign? Won't be returning.

I had a disappointing trip here a few months ago but my partner and I decided to give it another try on Monday and it was definitely worth it! Food was delicious and the service we received from Kieran was fantastic. He was very accommodating to my allergy and attentive despite how busy the place was, glad we gave it another chance! Waited 35 minutes for a simple meal, just a bit too long really. My wife's hanging chicken kebab was cool (temperature that is), when delivered, we believe it was sat waiting for my meal to be finished. Chicken pieces were small. The salad served with it was OK though. Chicken katsu was lacking in sauce, it tasted OK, breadcrumb coating a bit doughy. Wagas next time, they do it much better.

A lovely meal at Giraffe today, we had calamari and prawns from the specials menu which were delicious, Thai duck stir fry and I tried the chicken hanging kebab. All the food was served piping hot, made with care, and the team were really friendly. Various team members served us, but Sean and Angela were the ones that were our dedicated servers. Thanks for a lovely afternoon, my grandad is 91 and has never had calamari like that before and was very impressed. We will be back

The food we had was nice enough was served hot in a timely manner, however there just wasn’t enough to justify the prices. Thankfully we had a code for half price mains that’s probably how much it was worth. I had the swinging kebab which consisted of 5-6 small pieces of chicken the rest of the dish was padded out with salad flatbread. My husband had the Korean BBQ chicken which again didn’t consist of enough chicken was padded out with grated carrot slaw. We felt like we’d had a light lunch rather than a main course we’d paid £13-£15 each for. Unfortunately wouldn’t choose to go again if paying full price, as it just wouldn’t be value for money.
