"Just popped in after a walk along the Leeds-Liverpool Canal for a cheeky pint and decided to try the Roast Sunday Lunch. Service was friendly, helpful and incredibly fast. Our starter just about followed us from the bar after ordering. Lunch followed respectfully after we finished the starter and was plentiful tasty and hot from the kitchen. Recommend a visit and maybe see you there, as we'll be back. Bring an appetite as you'll need it."

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and made sure I had a drink. My family and I were then seated at our table. The food, especially the lasagne, was delicious. The staff consistently checked in to ensure we were enjoying our meal. I will definitely be returning in the future. Voir le carte

The service at this restaurant was excellent. Our two servers, Jess and Aimee, were attentive and helpful. One member of our group was in a motorized scooter, and I had requested an accessible table. The table we were given was perfect, and the staff offered assistance multiple times without being patronizing, which can be the case at other establishments.

Visiting on a Monday afternoon but there were quite a few customers, not too many. A nice atmosphere for this day of the week. Food was really tasty. We both had calamari which was really good and I had the chicken bacon and avocado salad which was again really good. Guinness was available so we were both happy! A big pub with some cool history of the area
