I've been in the four cook menu, which proved to be delicious. as a starter was the marinated thun fish with mushroom bran light and tasty. followed by a cold tomato soup a little too seasoned for my taste. as main course I enjoyed a beautiful filet of bark thick but very delicate piece, perfectly grilled and served in a delicious red wine sauce. Spontan sind wir über Empfehlung von TripAdvisor im Gasthof Adler gelandet. Freundlich wurden wir zum Apero auf die kleine, mit Pflanzen beschmückte Terasse gebeten und mit einem leckerem Gruss der Küche überrascht. Danach am schön gedecktem Tisch mit einem sehr leckeren Essen und Rotwein des Hauses verwöhnt. Top, gerne wieder!

amazing best place to eat in sempach. we had a classic steak tart and it was very tasty and the wine from chile was also great. service is excellent and the personal is very professional, friendly and attentive. can not say enough about the eagles...Restaurant definitiw add it to their places to eat list when they 're in the opposite!

Nach ausgiebigem Besuch in der schweiz. Vogelwarte in Sempach, hatten wir nach 14.00h Hunger und haben uns spontan für den Adler im schönen Sempach entschieden. Auf dem hinteren Balkon unter einem Rebendach konnten wir aus der kleinen Karte (klein, aber fein) auswählen. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und der Service war freundlich. Die Preise entsprechen der Qualität der Speisen und sind im höheren Preissegment. Ist aber völlig ok für den Gegenwert! Da weiss noch einer wie man kocht! Das Tartar sowie die Zanderfischknusperli waren top!!! Fazit: lieber etwas mehr ausgeben für ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, dass sich wirklich lohnt! wir kommen gerne wieder
