Have to give 1 star to write a review, really it should be 0. Burger nothing like as described. Should have had cheese, bacon, pulled beef, onion rings fried onions. Had an absolutely wonderful time tonight! Service was so friendly and inviting, nothing was too much trouble. Food was splendid and came out piping hot and still quickly, not to mention delicious! Special shout out to the incredible staff that served us, we were hosted...by Tony, Rich, Emilia and Jen, and they were all so lovely, chatty, helpful and enthusiastic. Will absolutely be returning

Takeaway experience order over ubereats order 18.50 and it was delivered at 19.15- i live 10 minutes away. a chicken burger, chips and twill rings ordered. only the wobble rings were warm (not hot) the rest was cold. the chicken appeared boiled (white by... middle), but was cold. £15 for a müllent, nothing to do with delivery or driver. I knew how fast the turnaround was that he was not freshly cooked. will not disturb again.

I walked here as I was before, folding and drinking normally well. they have taken away their home limonade, which was beautiful and the carbonara was obviously done in a hurry, it must have been a whole pot saw in there and. the spagettis all stuck together. I had ordered a part of the garlic bread and it came as a whole garlic bread pizza, they had not advised of it, only one I thought they would say, and I almost left everything. much too expensive for what I pay and never go again. Took 2 grandchildren 14 and 11 for 6.00 table reservation Thurs evening. Best to book first as non bookings were being turned away. Cannot fault the customer service and got served quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their burgers were fine and looked good but...chips overdone and too hard. Paid extra for onion rings. Would have expected more than the 6 provided. We had a pizza each. Both overcooked and difficult to cut. Quite expensive food for a fairly basic menu. If we went back it would be for the burgers only. The desserts were delicious. Choc chip mint ice cream, lemon tart, cookie dough, Salted caramel Arctic roll. It was very family friendly which is always helpful.

This was the worst order I have ever received in bristol, we ordered a chicken burger and a beef burger, two beef burgers turned up one incorrectly labelled chicken likely to cover up for the restaurant I assume. Everything in the burger boxes was soggy...to the point where the bun fell apart after being picked up once. Cajun fries were extremely under seasoned, to the point where half the chips didn’t have any flavour furthermore they were under done. A burger restaurant that cannot make burger and fries. We attended this Frankies after having positive experience in other venues. We were greeted extremely well and showed to a table . The restaurant was empty other than the staff (9.00am ish). After ordering the door arrived very quickly and we started to eat. The...food has definitely been sitting under heat lamps for some time and was dry and hard to cut. My husband and I discussed that although we were happy pay for the food we should say something to the management team as this really was not how food in a very quiet restaurant should be presented.
